I went in to eat lunch today. Ordered lunch buffet. The pizzas all looked two days old. Pepperoni actually made me sick. Only one fresh pizza in a half hour. The girl working there shoveled all the old pizza onto a fresh tray. Asked for a fresh pizza, and got blown off! Nasty. Ridiculous! Last time I go there!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Tonight, we ordered just 1 large pizza at 6 and we were told it would take 45 minutes to be delivered. Come 7 pm, there is still no pizza delivered so I call them and a young guy tells me that I have to wait another 25 minutes since its«busy.» Are you kidding me?! How does it take an hour and a half for 1 pizza. We have been loyal customers for 20+ years(even when it was formerly 49ers pizza) and have been giving them plenty of business. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. As soon as the ownership changed this place went down hill. I refuse to give them business anymore as this was the last straw. I was also put on hold while ordering for 5 minutes and then when I called to check on the pizza an hour later, I was told to hold again. I refused and cancelled my order, getting no apology or anything from the employee. We then immediately ordered 2 pizzas and wings from Pizza Guys and even though they told us it would take 45 minutes, it arrived within 20 minutes and was absolutely delicious!(: Needless to say, if this is the type of treatment that Mountain Mikes gives to loyal customers, then they’re not worth anyone’s time and money. Go elsewhere. You will be treated and served better. This place is a joke!

Came in and all the game machines were off. All the salad bar was put a way and the were still open, my sister ordered the wrong thing and we asked to add the toppings and the lady said she already made it and wasn’t going to add toppings before she put it in the oven. Taste is okay, price is ridiculously mad expensive. 22 for a large pizza and barely any sauce. I’d skip this place. Oh yeah any there’s no air conditioning inside and it’s super hot you’ll sweat alot. Also when the pizza is served they don’t want to give us a spatula to serve our pizza. And said that no one has ever asked for one. It was much better back in 95′ when it was called 49ers family pizza and all San Francisco 49ers themed pizza place.

Cheap pizza with little flavor. They seem to specialize 100% in pizza on a budget rather than a quality pie. If you’re starving their all you can eat deal is ok, better than Little Caesars…

Extremely terrible experience! The cashier who was the owner could not understand me and I could not understand her. I presented a free coupon for a medium pizza with the purchase of any large specialty pizza, the same coupons I’ve been buying from fundraiser groups throughout this area and many more for decades! I was then told that it was not free and I would have to pay $ 6.99 for the free pizza. We then proceeded to order a pitcher of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and were told there is «no beer» because the«system is down». Upon finding out that there was no beer we clearly stated that we would like our pizzas«TOGO» so we can go home and drink beer and have sodas at home. we were told it would be 15 minutes wait for the pizzas to be ready after 25 minutes of waiting, While our children regrettably donated $ 27 at the arcade, I went up to the cashier and saw our two pizzas sitting on the rack after finishing through the conveyor belt oven and had to let them know that my pizza was getting cold and I wanted them to put it in a box so that we can go. In the rush realizing that I’ve been waiting for a long time, they forgot to put it in a box and presented it on aluminum trays. The ultimate kicker, or kick to the NARDs was opening the free pizza at home and finding less then 20 pepperonis on it. Obviously not a customer service oriented establishment and trying to «get one over» on their customers. I’m a very easy customer and it takes a lot to tick me off but this place failed HARD!

Highly disappointed. First they don’t want to take our coupon that was a fundraising card from Mountian Mikes. Then we were told to honor the coupon we would have to pay a $ 6.99 fee for the«free pizza» then ordered beer and were told«no beer». Excuse me! No beer at a pizza joint? Did you not pay your bill? Did you loose your license? We were told the«system is down» anyways ultimate fail. Most likely not coming back unless we see the sign stating under new management. Came home to find very minimal pepperoni on our pizza. Again, disappointed. SMH

First time here. I am new to the area, my kids are more pizza experts than I am. They loved it. Pizza was ordered online and ready when I went to pick up. Restaurant offers a lunch buffet. Several people were inside. We will be back. Staff was friendly.
