Patterson Door service was great! Honest and can be trusted. I had a spring break on me and Tim came out and made the repair and tuned up the door at the same time. His prices were less then the other companies i called and will use him for any and all my garage door repair needs.

I have a 3 car garage and 2 garage door openers. The garage door motors are older models that came with the house when we moved in 11 years ago. When our single garage door motor stopped working a neighbor recommended Patterson Door Service. I was expecting to replace the motor? Tim arrived on schedule and analyzed the problem, determined that the problem was not as severe as I thought and got the door working after replacing the gear and sprocket assembly. In addition, he rewired the garage opener light which had not worked properly since we moved in and lubricated both garage doors for smoother operation. More recently, Tim came out to correct a minor issue with my double garage door opener and performed the same thorough check and lube on both doors.
We are very impressed with Tim’s professionalism, knowledge and fair pricing!

I first used these guys from a blind phone call about 10 years ago, they were great. Since then I’ve used them again on my last house and on my new house. They’ve been great. I had an intermitant problem with the safety sensor on one door, they came back 2 – 3 more times until they figured it out and fixed it with no additional charges. I have their sticker next to the opener on my rental house as well as my own home.

What a frustration when my garage door spring broke and thus held my truck hostage over the weekend. I called a few vendors including Patterson Door Service to see about getting an appointment and a quote. It was annoying to find most wanted a fee of starting around $ 35.00 for an appointment/​quote. Granted all that charged a fee to give a quote did said they would apply this fee IF you selected them to complete the job. HOWEVER; Patterson Door Service will provide you a FREE estimate and was even professional enough to give a service opinion of pricing approximation based on the information that I provided over the phone. He was able to come out the day I spoke to him and was professional, prompt, courteous, thorough and did a fantastic job! The prices are fair and I was completely confident in the integrity and honesty of his professional opinion of what needed to be done. One thing is they are cash/​check only and do not accept credit cards for their service. In my opinion this is probably the reason they are able to keep their prices fair.
