with the name Pizza Boyz you’d think pizza was there speciality, but thats probaly my least favorite thing from this place. got a few pies that were burnt on bottom but raw in middle and towards top. They got amazing strombolis, and pretty good cheese steaks, and cheese fries but pizza is defently sub par

Within a week of crowning the best Chinese in Folsom, I’m now able to say that Pizza Boyz is a winner as well. Had their cheesesteak tonight and it was really good. Great meat, bread and cheese perfectly combined.
Mind you, I wouldn’t call this a destination spot, but if you find yourself in Folsom, this is the place to go.

I think I can now say that I am giving this place the inconsistent tag. I was a little disappointed in them tonight.
I had tried their pizza once before. That was several months ago, and I thought it was pretty good then. Might have even been 4 star level.
Tonight, we went for them because we were in the mood for a Sicillian pie and wings. The pizza tonight was not nearly as good. The crust was too chewy with no crisp, not much flavor in the sauce, and could have used more topping. The wings were a little more disappointing. They were way overdone tonight and dry. The wife wouldn’t even finish her portion. Tonight, they earned 2 stars on merit.
So that averages out to three stars. I don’t doubt that they can be very good. But they don’t seem to have the knack for being good every night yet.
I guess that’s what I get for cheating on my favorite pizza place tonight.
