Did not pick up phone after numerous calls to order. Very disappointed. I think they’re permanently closed.

We called in an order last weekend, a basic Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple and it was atrocious! The guy who delivered the pizza demanded that he be tipped and engaged in an argument that he would not leave our property until being paid. I grabbed some change that was sitting on my counter and threw it at him and he took the pizza we ordered and threw it against my front door. I was able to get a few slices off the ground that weren’t dirty and the pizza tasted like it was a Little Ceasers pizza that sat out overnight and fused the cardboard into the pizza. Never ordering from here again, I’ll stick with Little Ceasers!

Decided to order take out tonight and figured we would try a different pizza place. Not the best decision. We had seen the family deal coupon in the mail saver. When I called to order the deal the guy on the phone said they weren’t pizza factory anymore but transitioning to «Chicago pizza» and they don’t take those coupons anymore(even though the main thing on the coupons was that it was a grand opening special, weird?) but ok. So he gave me a few other options of specials to choose from… We ended up with a large pepperoni and an large pepperoni, sausage, and olive and a 2-liter soda for $ 21. Not a bad deal. The pizza came within 30 min which was nice and the delivery boy was very sweet. The pizza however was totally burnt and the crust too hard to even eat, which is my favorite part. The sauce was ok, not bad but not the best. And toppings were ok. Overall with all the pizza options in Folsom I doubt we’ll be back for a second round especially since there’s so much confusion and really wasn’t too happy with paying $ 24 for burnt and not very good pizza. Hopefully they get it together and make some changes.

Not very good, that’s all I can say. They have good prices with the coupons they give out, but the pizza was mediocre. Crust was too wimpy to hold up the toppings which were not that plentiful. On a positive note the crust was dry, not saturated in oil which was nice. Salad was wilted with dried out, old cucumber and stale, bland croutons. Wont be back, go to Ciro’s, same prices better pizza.

Friendly staff. pizza not the greatest. REALLY small dining area. Basically had to get up and ask for everything and I mean everything. We ordered a large pizza it came out wrong. The staff was nice enough to remake it when it came out the pizza was larger. They first made us a medium size and charged for a large.

Our families new years resolution was to go and try new pizza places around the Sacramento area. So when I saw that there was a groupon, the decision was made to venture to the Pizza Factory in Folsom. As soon as we walked in, I was taken a little back by the layout, I don’t think they get a lot of people that eat their pizza there, they main source of business looks to be delivery. There were a only a couple of tables to sit down on, but not a big deal for us, we have eaten in much smaller establishments. We ordered our food, and sat down and waited, the staff was super friendly and helpful. One of my girls(5 years old) did ask why it was called a pizza factory if there were no machines in the back making pizzas. She was expecting a full production facility filled with pizza making robots, after we got done explaining it to her, we had our salad and order of bread sticks on our table. lets start with the salad, what can be said about salad, its lettuce, tomatoes, some onions and croutons. It tasted fresh but in the end its still just salad. Now we start to get to the good stuff, the bread sticks! These were really good, I don’t think I have ever had bread sticks quite like these before, they were really, really good. They were kinda smooched together and ended up being like pull apart bread, there was a good amount of melted cheese and garlic butter/oil drizzled over the top. the outside had a nice crunchy shell while the inside was soft and hot. By the time we got half way through the bread sticks our pizza arrived. Ok, so now the bread sticks have set the stage and the pizza had some big shoes to fill. All I can say, is however they make their dough, they found a winning recipe, it was just like the sticks we had earlier. the crust was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside, a really good ratio of sauce to toppings, they didn’t skimp on the cheese or any of the other toppings While we were eating both girls we saying how this was much better than the last place we went to.(a fancy bay area pizza chain that opened in Folsom a couple of years ago) We all agreed, we couldn’t even finish that pizza and it cost us a fortune. In the end, we really enjoyed our meal, and the couple pieces we had left over were really good warmed up in the toaster oven. Using the Groupon made this a really affordable meal, but even without using it, it would of been $ 30 for 4 people. We will be back, again for sure.

The search for decent pizza in Folsom continues. My first thought after glancing at the menu was that they are kind of pricey, but then I found a Groupon for $ 10 for $ 20 worth of food. I called and asked to have a large Hawaiian pizza delivered, and I was told that I cannot do delivery with the Groupon. I explained to the girl that I had only bought the Groupon because it specifically said that delivery was available, and that I was willing to pay the delivery fee, but not willing to pick it up, so she said okay, and placed the order. A few minutes later, she called back to tell me that there was absolutely no way she could do delivery with the Groupon, but I could have my Groupon refunded on their website, and meanwhile, she could offer me an even better deal. I liked the deal that she offered me, so I said okay, and decided not to refund my Groupon just yet, because the customer service seemed pretty good. If the pizza was good, I could save the Groupon for a later use. The pizza was delivered very, very quickly(like in 20 minutes), but still wasn’t super-hot. The delivery driver kept standing at my door just staring at me; I’m not sure if he expected me to hand him a cash tip but it was honestly pretty creepy. He stood there for a minute after I took the pizza and said thank you(and I happen to have left a tip on my credit card). Man, I really wanted to like this place, so I’m sorry to have to report that the pizza was terrible. Just plain outright bad. The crust is really thin, and I like thin crust, but this was like bland, slightly burned cardboard. There was almost no sauce– in fact, all of the toppings were the most skimpy I’ve ever seen. They did use real cheese, as advertised, but barely enough to cover the pizza. It ended up being an extra-large pizza, and they used 18 pieces of Canadian bacon(mostly burned around the edges), and a very small handful of pineapple. Considering that they charge $ 2 per extra topping, this seemed pretty unfair. My kid loves plain pizza, so I figured she’d eat it all, but even she didn’t like it. I decided to go ahead and return the Groupon, because even though I loved the customer service, the pizza was just so bad that I can’t even consider giving them a second chance. For a pizza that retails at $ 22, it really should taste better than the $ 2 frozen pizzas sold at Winco.

I purchased the Groupon, and the pizza was just average, middle of the road. It was a very good deal so I cant complain. The bread sticks were very good(better than the pizza) I would come here again if im in the area and were to purchase the groupon deal, but there are many other choices for good pizza.

I moved from clovis last nov to folsom . I was very happy to see a pizza factory opened in folsom. I must say the pizza is great as ever and the deals are awesome .I also want to say that the employees & owner are great. I would like to mention that the girls Sarah & Tisa are great and very customer oriented. I recommend this pizza shop to everyone. Thanks again Sarah n Tisa :)

Came here for the groupon. The pizza was meh, nothing special. Employees were friendly. Nothing special pretty much describes all the food we got. They now have some furniture inside the building. They also match all competitor advertisements. They seem to have good deals and the groupon was still a good value. I would recommend buying the groupon and giving them a try.

This was my first time ordering food at pizza factory. I became a fan of their meat balls and factory special pizza. The staff was nice and friendly. I got my order after 20 minutes.

Double check menu prices! The kid at the front counter tried to overcharge me. I caught him and he insisted he was giving me a discount when he corrected the price. I’m not sure if he was trying to pull a scam or just dumb. If I didn’t have a groupon I would have gone somewhere else.

We had a Groupon gifted yo us for the Pizza factory and my husband was really excited because he remembered going to one years ago and how good it was. Unfortunately this was not the same as he remembered. Pizza — Pepperoni and Sausage, very basic pizza, hard to screw up… well the crust was SUPER thin, you could barely see it was there and my large pizza had about two tiny pieces of sausage per slice. The taste was not good, my husband and I both said hoe the $ 5 hot n ready at Lil Caesars was so much better. Were were really disappointed Bread sticks — They were good, nothing to rave about but they were soft and doughy… i wish the pizza was more like them. Wings — we chose the honey BBQ, they were not very good, there was no sauce on them and they had a old marinade and heat lamp taste. Salad — Clearly a pre made salad with veggies that were not even close to fresh and croutons with no crunch. We will not go back unless we have that something has changed, maybe new owners or just a new staff! This place was horrible and we all ended up eating a snack later because we didn’t eat our dinner. One thing about the service that really bothered me was that when I arrived to pick up my order the girl helping looked in a delivery pizza bag and asked if that was my pizza staying warm, thankfully the guy said no but I feel bad for whoever ended u[p with that pizza, that is no place to «store» food to keep warm.

The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was for the quality and taste of the food. The customer service was horrible. I live 4 miles from this location.(I googled it so it’s accurate.) I called to ask if they would deliver, and I was told no and that maybe next time they would. I don’t see the difference between now and next time. I’ll still live in the same place. Then when we purchased the Groupon deal for them(only because my fiancé has been raving about their pizza), we went to there location to pick-up our food and I asked the girl at the counter about the delivery radius and she told me «the driver said it wasn’t worth it to deliver to you.» I have worked customer service for 11 years and saying that to a customer is completely unacceptable. If it is not«worth it» to deliver to me, then this company is no longer«worth» my business. I will never do business with Pizza Factory again, regardless of the good food they have.

I really wanted to like this place, but no… it was really, really, REALLY bad. Customer service in the store was good. Beyond that… No. Just no. I’m sorry. I love to root for the underdog & I hoped I would be leaving a great review, suggesting other diners had been too hard on them. I usually find I like places others didn’t. Instead I feel really lousy that I chose this meal for dinner instead of just cooking, despite being super tired & hungry(my family, kids included, HATED it). I completely wasted $ 18 on the Groupon– even after seeing others reviews. We all wound up eating Top Ramen and agreed it was better that what the dogs ate(the pizza/salad/breadsticks). I ate the two wings that weren’t burnt. The other 4 got chucked in the garbage since those were not dog-safe edibles! Really, I’m bummed I had to leave this review! I understand this is someone’s life, money, hopes and dreams. Sadly, this really was our single worst take out dinner EVER! :( I literally felt bad that I suggested trying this place as my family struggled through the meal(complaining all the way. Not your usual pizza experience!) then simply admitted how bad it was, gave up & opted for .19 cent microwave noodles instead. I hope they can turn things around & make Pizza Factory a success. Pizza: SUPER thin crust(1/8″ Max where toppings were. Edges much thicker) that was really tough, had NO flavor &NO discernable sauce. Acceptable amount of toppings & cheese. Breadsticks: Ok, i guess. Would have been nice if I got the sauce I requested. Wings: Really dark. Not much flavor. Slightly overcooked, but better than undercooked! Salad: Fine. but Romaine was cut so large I needed a knife to eat the salad. Ok at home, but inconvenient if I had been eating it away from home. Also no utensils were offered(again, not a problem in my situation, but a PITA if I’d have been eating it at work/picnic/other location).

This place is awful. 3 attempts going here and they have yet to make a correct order. The wait time is always 3 times what they say, probably because they are busy remaking orders they have messed up. The employees are not very bright and I have seen them argue with customers about orders then call that same customer a fat a** after they leave. Unprofessional, rude, and takes forever… Don’t waste your time…

Ordered two pizzas and was told it’d be here within 40minutes. We’ll 1.5 hours later I called to check on it and was told they needed to find my order. Turns out the guy placed the order as a pickup rather than a delivery. Why ask for my address if it was a pickup?! So then they finally deliver my 2 cold pizzas almost 2 hours later! Sad. You think they could have at least made me fresh pizzas. :(

Well, it looks like the previous owner closed down after 2 weeks and it was picked up by someone else and reopened. The current owner sent me a message on Unilocal and invited me to try again, an offer I took him up on yesterday. It is obvious that the current owner is trying very hard to combat a lot of the negative publicity he inherited from the abrupt closure of the previous business. He is a very nice, personable guy who is trying to do everything he can to make sure that your experience with his business is a pleasant one. When we arrived, my daughter was given crayons and paper to color with along with a Frisbee emblazoned with the company name and phone number. Our pizza and cheese bread sticks took about 15 minutes to make and came with a magnet and pizza slicer, also similarly emblazoned. I’m sure that these things are not standard, but for now they do add a very nice touch while increasing his advertising. In any case, both pizza and bread sticks were pretty good. I wouldn’t say it was the best pizza, but mostly high-average. A definite repeat, especially for the reasonable prices. Speaking of which, I was also told that they took competitor’s coupons as the owner never wanted price to be a factor in not ordering his pizza. As there seems to be a deluge of pizza coupons in this area, it should never be hard to be without one. The inside was clean but Spartan. There are tables in main area, but it did not have that comfortable vibe as of yet. The owner was telling us his plans to expand to have outdoor seating with sun shades, so the place is still evolving. All in all, I would recommend the place as a to-go place for now, and to be watched in the future as an eat-in establishment.

Hubby and I redeemed a Groupon here on a Friday after 8; we were the only customers. Neither employee washed their hands before preparing our food. The female employee played with her hair while our pizza was baking. Our general disappointment continued at home: the ingredients weren’t fresh, the salami was stale, and the tomatoes in the salad were mushy. Overall dissatisfied and will not be returning.
