Princess Academy

Amazing place for a mother daughter day. Brought my 4 year old here for a birthday make over. The owner and her daughter are so welcoming and nice, my daughter who does not trust adults let them do her hair and face which is rare. My daughter had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Great confident booster for my daughter. amazing girl time

Such a wonderful place for little girls and big girls alike. We were passing by and knocked on the door. Even though they were closed and had a party coming in shortly they let my daughter come in, gave her face paint and a balloon sword. The owner was wonderful and kind, like a princess herself. I can’t wait to go back for a full appointment… for my daughter and me!

My sister booked a photo shoot with Amanda from princess academy and brought us along. She had taken her daughter to the princess academy many times but I had never met Amanda because I have a little boy and hadn’t been there. We did a full hour and it was the best experience!!! Amanda and her family were so sweet! We didn’t feel rushed in any way and she had the best ideas! The kids responded so well to her because she was so sweet an easy going! I have had some crappy photographers that get annoyed with kids or impatient but I will book every photo session with Amanda from here on out! Such a great experience!!! She had so many props and outfits hats animals everything! I seriously can not rave about my experience enough!

I scheduled my 5 year old step daughter for nails, dress up & face paint. The owners were incredibly charming, kind & friendly. My step daughter had one of the best days of her life (she asks everyday if we can go back) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Both of the women were incredibly talented, her nails were fantastic, the face paint was amazing & they ended up doing her hair which was absolutely adorable.
This is probably one of the best business ideas I have come across in ages & I highly recommend taking your child there. We have already booked another visit & I have raved to all the other moms in the area!
The prices are unbeatable (in face I probably would have paid more than what we were charged!). If you haven’t gone yet, you’re missing out!

Happened to stop in after the Folsom Cattle Run and was greeted by two beautiful princesses! My two daughters got their faces painted and a pretty crown headbands. They have other princess items for sale too. Cute place for tea parties and/​or birthday parties.

With lovely kind hearted women. I would recommend it to every female old and young. Age does not matter, it is a truly amazing and magical experience for all the girlies!

I came in here recently with my niece because she loved princesses and she loved it there. They did her face and nails and they did a really good job. Then afterwards they played and entertained my nieces for a while.
Will definitely be back in the future.

We happened to park in front of here on our way to Ice Skate. It just happened that Santa was there! Our daughter who is 3 and half was so excited and what better place to meet Santa. No line! Princess was on site! Santa had an old 1928 Ford decked out in everything Santa. We will be back!

While walking through Old Folsom, I stopped in at the Princess Academy to see if they had lip gloss or lip balm for my girl’s chapped lips. I saw they catered to little «princesses» and held princess parties and photo shoots. My daughter was in awe having never seen anything like it. Since she’s been keeping her room clean and her teacher had nothing but good things to say at her parent/​teacher conference, I treated my daughter to a quick princess hairstyling (hubby and boys came in and were restless after playing around in the castle so nothing that would take too long). The owner and the beautiful princess at the academy (I believe it was her daughter) made my little girl feel so special and she walked out of there receiving compliments from all 3 of her brothers, which surprised both hubby and me since we didn’t suggest anything or prompt them. Along with friendly service and a cute, cute atmosphere, I did find lip balm and other girly trinkets. My daughter asked to go back again should she get good grades on her next report card. Talk about an incentive — thanks Princess Academy!

LOVE the Princess Academy! Just had my daughters birthday party there and she got the Royal Treatment with her friends. Great place to take girls who love princesses. My daughter can’t wait to go back again!

Tried to buy two gift certificates when they were open but were hosting a party, they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. Came back they locked the door on me refused to help me and had a oh well too bad attitude. I will never go back nor recommend.
