Nicole is the best. She is very informative and doesn’t try and hard sell you on anything. She never makes you feel rushed. Her facials are wonderful and I hope to go back to her soon.

Never a disappointment, totally professional. I love the ambiance and the fragrance in her salon. She carries Image products which I llove and use. She also uses Agave Nectar oil which I am hooked on.

I first went here a few months ago after deciding to start having facials to improve my skin rather than going to a dermatologist. I have skin that is extremely dry which causes acne issues. Previously doctors just want to give me lotions and medications that are going to dry out the acne. Nicole sat down with me when I arrived on my first visit and went over a whole questionnaire about my skin and what I was looking to get out of this facial.
I got an email from Nicole after a few days checking in to see how things were going. At that point they were going well. A few weeks went by and I noticed that my skin was having a strange reaction to one of the products that I had purchased. I sent Nicole an email to let her know and see what she recommended that I do. We corresponded multiple times to discuss it.
Fast forward another few weeks and what she had suggested had helped. I went back for another facial today and she was wonderful! She had remembered everything that we had talked about in the emails. The customer service that Nicole provides is out of this world — the kind you rarely get.
I will definitely be coming back — I can tell that Nicole is as determined to get my skin figured out and happy!

There is a reason why Nicole at Renew Skincare only has 5 stars. She is the best at giving facials. Her studio is pleasant and inviting. Upon walking into the studio I was greeted by her big smile. Nicole asked me my concerns and anything I would like to change about my skin.
The facial was very relaxing. I would ask Nicole what she was putting on my face and she would tell me all the benefits of the products. I hadn’t had a facial in years… and I can’t wait to go back! While masks are setting Nicole does a massage on your upper back. It felt amazing!
After the facial was complete, Nicole took me back to the lobby. She didn’t pressure me into buying any products. I have been to some places where they line up every product on the conter that they use on you… and expect you to buy things. Not at Renew. Nicole gave me time and space to choose what I was interested in. I bought all Image products! Nicole was very knowledgeable about each product and its benefits. No pressure at all!
When i got home my boyfriend noticed that my skin looked radiate!
Nicole emailed me a couple of days after my facial. She asked me how my skin was feeling and if I had any questions regarding the products I had bought. Now thats great customer service there!
I would highly recommend Nicole to do your next facial. It’s worth it!

I had the Specialized Facial here a couple days ago, and it was a great experience.
The studio, as another reviewer mentioned, can be hard to find from the street – look for the three neo-​Victorian houses in a row and park in the back. Nicole’s studio is on the ground floor of the house in the middle. I was worried that, because they were office spaces, I would be able to hear things outside of the studio; however, once I was inside the room all was peaceful and quiet.
Nicole uses Dermalogica products, which I have never tried before; she had me fill out a Dermalogica questionnaire used to identify my issues and concerns. She went over the form in detail with me, then began the facial.
As far as the facial itself, all the standards were in place, but what was different (and what I liked) was that she walked me through what she was doing in each step. At one point, she applied an ultra-​healing mask, and she reacted quickly when I reported that I was feeling some irritation. She completely removed the mask and started over with a new one, which was nice; I have had estheticians in the past that skipped that part after I reported having a bad reaction.
I also appreciated that she massaged my scalp and face at certain points in the process, instead of just leaving the room to «let the products work.» I really felt like I was being pampered and cared for.
I left with two full-​size Dermalogica products, because I was so impressed with the whole experience – Nicole didn’t pressure me at all to buy products from her. She also gave me three samples to try when I got home, and they’ve been working well for me so far. I had a question about one product, so I emailed Nicole; she got back to me within an hour.
Nicole has great customer service and seems to really know her stuff. I will be recommending her to my friends and will return the next time I can afford a facial!

It has been too many years since my last facial. I used to get them every week during my prepubescent years. I had a very bad acne problem, and now I have scarring problems. I figured it was time to do facials again. Trained aestheticians know how to take care of your face. So I looked on Unilocal for a good place. I was looking for great reviews and decent price. I was happy to find Renew Skincare because they have a $ 39 special. You can get $ 39 deal on Unilocal or mention the deal from her website.
This is a very small business. Nicole seems to run everything by herself — she’s the receptionist and your skincare specialist. She’s very professional and easy to talk to. It was a little hard finding this place. It’s located in these Victorian looking houses. The one in the middle and you enter from the back. There’s a small parking lot that you can pull into from the main street. I got a little lost since there was no big sign outside. It’s a cute little room inside the house. Very private. I thought the bed was wonderful. It was warm when I got in too! Very plush and nice.
Nicole has you fill out an information sheet about your skin and goes through it with you. You can voice any particular concerns before the treatment. During the facial she tells you what she’s going to do and asks you how you’re doing. I love the massages. You can tell that Nicole has been trained to give massages. I felt very relaxed during my facial, and I was happy with the results.

I loved this place. The ambience that was created was just perfect for relaxation — dimmed tea lights, light music, the soothing aroma of fragrance added up to the experience. Nicole did an amazing job for my facial massage.

Nicole is friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. She was able to schedule my appointment for the same day when I first came in to see her. While I enjoyed my facial, I will keep coming back for her eyebrow tweezing and sculpting — she’s great!

I had a wonderful experience at Renew Skincare studio. I never had a facial before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was amazing! I had a relaxing back facial and it came with the best massage i’ve ever had. Also the dermalogica products she used left my skin so soft. Cant wait to go back!

I saw Nicole for a body treatment and I was sold. It took me a while to find a perfect place, and now I’m set. Very happy!
