I love Rich’s! My work caters from Rich’s a couple times a year and their ice cream is delicious! The employees are very nice and knowledgable about the company and ice cream. Would definitely recommend catering from here for a delicious summer treat!

Pros: great ice cream, friendly service.
Cons: VERY SLOW MOVING, DO NOT EXPECT A RECIEPT ANYTIME SOON.
I work for a very large company, and we decided to have an ice cream social. We hired Rich’s to cater. and it was just downhill from there. I was told the gentlemen would arrive between 12:45 — 1:00, he didn’t get here until 1:45. That was on Friday, and since this was charged to a corporate card I needed the receipt ASAP. As of 4 PM the following Monday, I am still waiting on a receipt– I was told I would receive it no later then 3:15. While the ice cream is good, the service just kills it. We will not be ordering from here going forth.
We did order on a short notice, but all of this is still not excusable. Also, do not expect an ice cream truck if you are eating outside. The guy rolled up in a green van.

Hot hot summer days. What do you need? You need some ice cream! Recently got to try Rich’s Ice Cream at a company event. The lines were long but the wait was worth it. Friendly service and willing to make each person happy. Had a hard time deciding which flavor. I wanted to go with my traditional favorite, the mint chip, but I decided to be adventurous and try their raspberry marble. Amazing! Not overly sweet and packed with flavor. Yum!
Too bad they’re only a catering company and no storefront. Would definitely check them out if they had a shop or even sold their ice cream at a farmer’s market.

Delicious and high quality ice cream, creamy and not too sweet, served at Trucktoberfest at the river in West Sac this weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and the fast friendly service. The freshly made waffle cone was amazing!

Ice cream parlor ice cream served in hand made waffle cones, delivered at food truck events. It makes the neighborhood ice cream trucks look like um, child’s play. The service here is very friendly and there’s a pretty good assortment of flavors.
