Round Table Pizza

Soooooo, part of me feels bad because clearly these young employees are struggling to get food out and then the other part of me is just irritated because when I asked for a refund, she gave me attitude and didn’t apologize.
Tuesday’s are family night kids eat free and its a buffet. For my family of five we eat for $ 16.18. That’s a great deal.
You would think because it’s such a great deal, they would expect a lot of guest and PREPARE.
Well either they’re short staffed or they just didn’t prepare because, there’s people in line waiting for pizza. No pizza for 15 minutes so far. There’s a party of ten next to us, and like 10 other four tops and a party in the back room full of kids.
We’re definitely NOT eating tonight here. Unless we want to wait another 2 hours.

Great Lunch Buffet! For the price of a Big Mac with cheese, large fries and a drink at McDonald’s, you can get a fresh salad with all the fixin’s and all the pizza you can eat. The salad bar is stocked with all kinds of fresh ingredients and an array of rich and flavorful dressings. As for the pizzas, they were obviously made with great care. There was no skimping on the toppings, unlike my local Round Table, where it appears they count each piece of each topping on each pizza. The pizza crust was thin and crisp just as it should be. The young men behind the counter were friendly, courteous and anxious to please. This Round Table is about 15 miles from where we live, but this is where we will be going from now on when we want a fresh tasty lunch.

Always good service and salad bar is fresh! I do think it’s time for a remodel though… The place is dingy and old. But the good food makes up for it

Horrible wait time on to go order. Ordered online arrived on time. 35 min later still not done. You think they would have offered a free drink or something! Won’t order from here again. The cashier just informed me they forgot to put it in for some reason???

I ordered a pizza here on 5÷07÷15 @6:35pm.Like usual i waited the 1hr before calling to see exactly where my order was. I spoke to the manager & he informs me that my pizza has in fact been delivered & signed for (since i payed with my debit card). I am outragged at how irresponsible this company & its employees can be. Ive ordered from here before & have never had a problem, But today… Smh. All i know is people be aware. This is not something i take lightly, I thought they were suppose to at least ask for the paying card. But to accept a signature from anyone is not okay. I for one will not be coming back. You guys at Round Table have lost a very loyal customer & i will be recommending any other establishment in the future.

Have been visiting since I was a kid and still great pizza and even better staff! Pizza is great and drinks are wonderful. Enough room and seating for a party of any size.

Best place ever! Loving their new beer selection. Super accommodating as well !!! We were here for a mixer for chamber and they jumped at the chance to get the kids whatever they wanted. I also love their 50% off nights. And the staff is super friendly.

My past experiences are so so at this location but tonight an employee named Desiree helped me. First of she was very professional in addition to being beyond 5 stars in customer service. Pizza was delicious as well and now I know where I will be getting pizzas for my daughters school events. Thank you Desiree and I hope the Manager takes time to thank you!

Came in a couple of days ago to enjoy lunch with the family. We decided to do the all you can eat buffet. I love their salad bar! The place was pretty busy and they didn’t keep up with the buffet. On many occasions my family went up to get pizza and there were only empty pans. The salad bar was good but that was kept up either so a lot was missing. The only good thing about not having the buffet stocked with pizza is that at least the pizza was fresh when we finally did get some! I’ll go back but was disappointed by the selection and timeliness of the pizza buffet

First off, the staff here are amazingly helpful, friendly, and dedicated. Second, this is the only Round Table that still reminds me of the way Round Table used to be when the sauce still had wine and I could get shrimp on my pizza. Great beer, fine private areas, perfected salad bar, and comfortable seating options for any party size. If not for this location, much of my Saturday socializing would be lost. Thank you!

I had 3 pizzas delivered tonight and all were burnt. This was my second attempt at this round table and it will be my last. Last time it took over a hour and a half for delivery because they thought they did my order incorrectly.(they called to let me know that was the delay) their way apologizing was giving us a free pizza covered in the one topping I requested off. the driver didn’t have the receipt so I had to sign for it on a piece of scratch paper from her car. At least tonight the driver was nice. :-/

Just wanna say how awesome the service was tonight. Freakin 1045 on 4^th of july and these guys were kickin butt. Kinda lame you had to work this late on the 4^th but glad you did cuz food was quick and way better than a fast food joint! Great job guys

I have food delivered from this Roundtable location quite frequently. I have NEVER been disappointed! Pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious! Im always impressed with the quick delivery time and I want to give a special shout out to Colin. His customer service skills go above and beyond. and that is a rare thing now a days! I felt compelled to write a good review in hopes that management will see what a great job everyone does at this location. especially Colin!

I was so looking forward to having pizza. When placing my order I was told 30 – 35 minute wait time which does not seem unreal. After 1 hr I had to cancel the order. My pizza was not even close to being ready. So disappointed… Manager didn’t even care or offer a coupon for me to even come back for the slow service and understaffed place.

It had been a long time since we ordered pizza from any where. I decided to get one from our local Round Table. I created my own pizza. It was perfect. Jeff was great and helped me get what I wanted. Casey was so nice when I picked it up. We will start going back. Thanks for a great pizza and very friendly service.

My friend and I were here just before the lunch rush. We were pleasantly surprised that the salad bar was already fully stocked, and pizza was already on the way out. While we were eating we saw the manager doing her check on the salad bar to make sure the temperature was right. Impressive, since I can’t remember seeing that at any restaurant, and I know it’s supposed to be done on a regular basis. The place was spotless, even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I’ll go back.

Ordered delivery from Round Table today for the first time. Great job Round table! The wings were cooked perfect. Your pizza special, the West Coast Combo is different and very tasty. Kudos to your delivery driver who was prompt courteous and very professional.

Still my favorite even though it’s pricey, the saying you get what you pay for rings very true here. The service is also good. Overall, I am a loyal roundtable customer and will continue to be hopefully for years to come.

Round Table does a great job of keeping its consistency across the multiple locations. You do have to pay a premium for this quality of pizza, but you can’t beat it compared to Mountain Mikes and other chains. Depending on our appetite, we can either get the filling Pan Crust, or if we feel like not eating as much, we can order the original crust which is really good! They also have a great lunch buffet deal, like $ 8 with a drink.

YUCKY! This is the WORST round table I’ve ever been to!!!
Last night was the second time my husband and I tried the pizza dinner buffet at this particular round table. I didn’t want to go but my husband really did. and when we got there I think he finally remembered why I didn’t want to go there. lol… Here’s a few reasons:
The food. The buffet is 99% of those flat pizzas — nothing with a thick crust. Tiny little pieces of pizza with not a lot of toppings. The dessert bread sticks were burnt on the bottom and the next batch was cooked a little better, but still had black particles sticking to them probably because they didn’t clean the pan between batches. They did finally bring out ONE thicker crust pizza.
The staff: I asked for a fork, and the kid said «isn’t there any out there?» I said «No, and the ones that are look DIRTY.» he looked at the spot they were and said «Someone will put them out in just a minute». HUH? Can’t ya hand me one now?! So then finally someone comes over and hands me a fork, and it still looks dirty. Not stuck on food, but just GREASY. GROSS.
At the other round table we’ve been to, they had extra plates up there so you didn’t have to re-​use your plate. This one didn’t offer that. You were given 1 bowl for salad, and 1 plate for pizza… so everyone was up there getting refills with dirty plates…
I just really wasn’t impressed with this place… next time I“ll be a little more adamant if my husband suggests going there again…
