steve ruehman and his associates were able to stop our home foreclosure and modify our mortgage to a low interest rate of 4.375% 30 years fixed. FACTS: before loan modification: principle balance was $ 845.234.75 after loan modification REDUCE TO new principle balance $ 351.529.16 ($ 487.277.27 permanently FORGIVEN! that’s almost half a MILLION DOLLARS permanently FORGIVEN!) the loan modification process took many months to complete but the end result was really wonderful.. I highly recommend him and his associates! we will be forever grateful.

My house went into foreclosure, with an auction date. My wife and I felt very pressured to hire an attorney, and we had received a letter from the Ruehmann Law Firm telling us that he could save our house from foreclosure. We paid the Ruehmann Law Firm $ 3,500.00, and the first draft of my temporary-​restraining order lawsuit against Bank of America had multiple typo’s, mistakes, and grammatical errors that I have not seen since seen high school. After speaking with two other employees at the firm, and reviewing the first two weeks of production, I demanded a refund and changed attorney’s. I got lucky; he refunded $ 1,000.00 of the $ 3,500.00. I believed I could have got it all back in small claims, but my new attorney got the temporary restraining order, and that was my objective. Don’t do what I did. Take the time to interview at least 3 attorney’s, and I recommend staying away from ambulance chasers who send you letters because they see your house in default, or in foreclosure.
