Staples

Was in a big rush to make it to the airport and had to grab some zip ties to ship a tote of mine. I’ve been a loyal Staples patriot for a while and drove out of my way to give this store my business. Walked in and saw 4 employees gossiping to each other, none which greeted me or asked if I could find anything. I asked the group where the zip ties were and a goofy looking guy told me they don’t carry them… at an office supplies store. Plus I really had to pee so I was easily aggravated at the moment. Moral of the story, Staples has lots of good stuff except zip ties. Come on board of directors. I know you’re up there talking about carrying this product on a quarterly basis. Just pull the trigger. I need to secure stuff down and I want to give you my money. Also, don’t pee on the floor at staples. They don’t like that.

its a chain outlet of Staples. the staff is helpful. they do tradeins on toner cartridges. they give you coupons if you are signed up with the affinity programs. my last purchase of an orthotic chair for my
bad back (on sale) has frankly been a godsend to me in terms of productivity. the small sales are great. and they have small irems such as laid paper and fountain pens which show they appreciate old school values. they are great on updating printets and getting you into backup atorage. i would not go here for apple stuff, but for ibm they are great. they do have apple printers though.

Went here for some special notebooks but had a hard time finding them. I’m not sure why scrubs rate the front of the store and office products way in the back.

Ripped me off for computer repair services. Take your machines elsewhere. Tell you one thing and then double it when you ask for the repair. Other places will do for half the price and probably get a better job done.
