I am so happy with Ryan! We just let our other pool co go because they didn’t do anything and quite frankly they weren’t honest with us. We were told that all of our equipment was super old and all of it needed to be replaced because our chem levels never seemed normal.
Ryan came over the same day that I called him, took a look at everything and the only thing that needed to be replaced were our filters (because they hadn’t been cleaned in years. We bought our house 10 months ago, the pool co we were using serviced for the old owners. Apparently not maintaining anything is a way to sell their services to replace ALL of your pool equipment??? Ridiculous). Most of our equipment is under 8 years old, not 20+ like the other co lead us to believe.
Ryan is great and a Folsom resident, I like love supporting small businesses. If you’re not sure if your pool company is legit, call Suburban Pool!
