After a whole day of shopping, I was quite starving. I was desperate, and Taco Bell was the closest thing, so I took my chances. Wish I didn’t though… $.50 refills? Tomatoes on my girlfriends taco when she asked for no tomatoes? No «Hot» sauce? Gross ass tables? That’s not even the worst part. I’m currently writing this on the toilet that I’ve been on for a little over an hour now. I think when you buy Taco Bell, the should throw in a couple free rolls of ass wipe, cuz you’ll fuckin need it.

Good service & usual food.

They had a bunch of kids running this place. I was given stale tacos and my mountain dew baja blast was all carbonation with no corn syrup. Fail.

Just waited over 20 minutes in the drive-​through line. The excuse there was a lot of people inside when we finally made it through the drive-​through the lobby wasn’t even full — no discount offered for the weight and a very rude sorry ma’am

This place is absolutely terrible. I had decided to go grab some food before the movies with some friends. We go inside to order, and the first thing I notice is how unclean it was. I go up to the register to order and you can completely see where they prepare the food and the people making it. I saw some guy drop food, pick it up, and then continue to cook it. Like wtf. I definitely did not order and ran out as fast as I could. Disgusting place with disgusting employees. If you don’t want food poisoning I would highly suggest you don’t eat here, EVER.

Plumbing new depths on the Taco Bell circuit. This one is part of a sadly uninspiring food court within the Folsom Outlets.
Their menu is limited and includes no breakfast items.
There were no forks and I had to go across the food court to find one, per the instructions of the Taco Bell employee.
They did not supreme our tacos as we asked and as it read on the receipt.
it took forever for our «food» to come out despite there being few people waiting.
Our table was dirty and sticky.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. I am so completely disappointed! The front cashier was extremely polite and friendly. I asked if I could have a Carmel apple empanada and he said it would take them a long while to fry it so I asked if there was anything else he suggested the Cinnabon’s I said okay but then a yell from the backsaid no the fryers not working! We cant make anything fried. So I got my two bean and cheese burritos with extra red sauce and no onions. Bean burritos had no extra red sauce and beans were like a dry paste almost powder consistancy. There was no cheese to be found. I have never had to pay for extra red sauce but noticed on my receipt that it now costs. No biggie, but when you dont recieve what you pay for its frustratig. I went up to grab some mild sauce and was really disgusted. There was lettuce and toppings everywhere. The floor the counter, foods were all mixed up. There was even let us in the sauce holders which were all nerly empty. I tried to ask a female employee for help and she just looked at me and walked away, the employee from the front counter came and asked me if I needed something and helped me out. I feel they said the fryer didn’t work because they didn’t want to make the food. The food tasted horrible, the environment was disgusting and what I was charged and service I recieved was not worth it.

This Taco Bell is situated between where we were staying in Folsom (Larkspur Landing) and the movie theater. So we stopped for soft drinks on our way back from the movies. Service was friendly and the location worked well for where we were staying.

They don’t carry breakfast items here! Blah!
So don’t come here for breakfast items.
As far as the rest of the food is concerned, its okay, its nothing great. The employees are less than enthusiastic. I mean, i get it. I wouldn’t want to be working at 10pm, but they need to be a bit more knowledgable about their menu and not practically throw my food into my car without a have a good night or anything.
This location is kind of hidden so if you get confused, it is right next to the Movie Theater.
Would i return here again? If i have to, but i don’t think i will.

Went there since it was next to my hotel. Employee wiped down tray with filthy towel. Food took forever. I also did not realize that a Burrito Supreme is the size of my pinky

Friendly staff. quick enough service. and albeit there’s a picture saying refills cost money i’ve never seen it, nor been asked for money as i refilled my drink.
Regular ol’ Taco Bell. Not much to say here. Not good, Not bad. Nothing different than just about any other taco bell.

The two times I have been here have been a Taco Bell lovers’ paradise.
The staff is suuuuper friendly and accommodating. The food is fresh and quality is good, what more could a guy ask for of a Taco Bell?
This is my new favorite location now.

i only go to this place if I am seeing a movie. I like the bean burrito but my fav is the crunch wrap supreme. There is always bad smell coming from the place. due to unwashed towel cleaning on the tables, it will be good they can fix it. the staff is nice. good thing about this taco bell is that it has 24 hr drive through .i guess so.
