TOP Cuts

Well what started out as a great day turned horrible, my daughter and I were going to get a full manicure, once we arrived at Top cuts and coats in El Dorado Hills we were surprised to see how little of a selection of nail colors they have, (First Red Flag), my daughter still wanted to stay since we were close to home, the nail lady yanked my daughters arm, stated «she does not do long tips only short» (this is after she glued the nail on), proceeded to spill nail glue on my daughters hand, in short unprofessional, does not do long tips? So don’t be swayed by the coupon go somewhere else, read reviews they really do help. P. S. I didn’t get my nails done, still looking.

Worst hair cut I have had ever. Manager is Jen told me se has been cutting hair for 4 years! I was like omg you have been fucking up peoples hair for 4 years!!! Don’t not go here the name of the business is top coats and cuts because it’s is connected to a nail shop 2 .I ended up going to another hair place to have em fix my hair…

Though the price is attractive, My recommendation is to stay away from this place as the hair stylists are very rude, non professional and never apologize for mistakes. Customer interaction is horrible and can never be tolerated. One of the stylist (Nguyen), a middle aged woman, shaved off my sons hair so bad and was not apologetic or sorry. She was arguing even in front of the owner who happened to be there. The owner, appears to be a good guy cannot control his employees — What a shame .
Sincere advice — It will be better off going to a Pet Grooming place to get your hair done rather than going to any TOP Cuts in Sacramento Area.
Look for coupons from Great clips /​Super Cuts etc and go there — Some of the Coupons are for $ 6.99 — the same price as Top Cuts
