This place just keeps getting worse and worse. The burger I received today was a complete joke. I ordered the number 1 combo and it was all bread. There was a pathetic piece of meat patty inside(about half the size of my palm and very VERY thin), a dime size piece of lettuce, one half of a tomato, two pickles, cheese and an abundant amount of ketchup(yuck!). I am still very hungry after eating only a couple bites of it. Also, my burger was so cold when I received it, it tasted refrigerated as well as my fries… which were also cold and soggy and overly salty. The only good thing I had was my drink!(A root beer soda). I am never going to come back to this place again. The other Wendy’s on Iron Point is so professional and the burgers are REAL burgers and you get what you pay for. I recommend going there. I’ve also had a teenager who works at this Wendy’s on Riley spill a drink on my brand new car. Also, they take forever to make this nasty food. Stay away from this unprofessional Wendy’s and go to the one on iron Point. You’ve been warned.

Its fast and convenient but crappy most of the time. I come at least once a week or whenever I crave nuggets. my 1 out of 5 visits I’ll some how get lucky to get fresh fries and fresh nuggets. Can’t count how many times my nuggets came out tough from sitting out it feels like. And some how the drive through line takes forever sooo long to move along. Something needs to change there. Unfortunately mcdonalds doesn’t stay as late so I dont have much choice I guess

Be warn this places doesn’t stay open late or what they say there suppose to be open till. Two times I went at night there and went through the drive through I got no one on the speaker and there was people inside. They close a hour or maybe even two the second night I went. I use to always counted on them but not anymore. I took my business somewhere else though two nights and had way better experience

I’ve come a few times and they’ve spilled a large lemonade on my sister’s brand new 2 day old jeep in the drive thru. Most orders are wrong and prepare to wait 15 minutes for a single small Burger. Small chili isn’t even halfway filled on most occasions and the food is cold and wrong when you get home. I don’t go into the restaurant much but the drive thru is atrocious, I’ll drive 6 miles and burn half my tank in my gas guzzling car for better quality and service at the other wendy’s over this one. Like I said and every review says, avoid the drive thru!

Time after time, they continue to disappoint. Unfortunately we love the food. Their drive thru service just isn’t up to par… a few times we got home to find food missing from the bag… so we started checking bags before leaving and a few times ive had to go into restaurant and pickup the item they forgot. Have emailed the GM. Got a free meal, but no idea how to claim it… Tonight might have been the last straw– ordered a large and small combo… at least they put all the food in the bag! Got home and found two small fries… yet they charged for a large. On top of that, they were cold, stale and unedible.

Contrary to what everyone else has been posting here — I usually only come here during my lunch hour which happens to be around 4−5pm. I have never had bad service and honestly just walked out and Jass gave me excellent customer service — was polite — used my name and even said thank you for coming into Wendy’s — we appreciate your business. She should be training this team!

Although my family goes here a lot, especially for the $ 1frosty’s for the kids, my experience through the drive thru hasn’t been the best. The people who are working the drive thru sound bored and rude and when you drive up I haven’t received a smile or anything remotely friendly. One time I didn’t get talked to when I rolled up. I handed over my card, got it back along with my food without the employee saying anything! Customer service! It goes a long way. But I must say; the food is always fresh and it come out quickly.

I’m a fan of Wendy’s chocolate Frosty. Since I was in a different part of town waiting for my boyfriend I decided to drive thru the Riley St. location. First the frosty was completely melted & watery, when I took it back in to complain, the server said it was not working and asked if I wanted vanilla instead. No, I just wanted a refund. She tossed it in the garbage and told someone behind a counter to come and give me a refund. Next thing I knew someone else was walking up with a new chocolate frosting stating he didn’t know why they gave me a melted one. Their customer service is horrible, especially through the drive thru.

Drive thru at night is pathetic. We need to train employees the importance of customer service.

Just not up to par. I have tried this place a few times for lunch. Usually after I see a commercial for a new product. The service in the drive through and inside has been polite but a bit slow. I know that the food never looks like it does in the ads but these are way off. I tried the pretzel bun burger most recently and it was just a soggy mess. I have tried one off the more basic burgers and the cheese was not even melted. Twice the fries have been coldish. I would say to try a different location if you want Wendy’s.

I’ve had several bad experiences at Wendy’s in the past few months and haven’t complained about any of them so far, but tonight was so bad that I decided I had better catch up. I will start with the several times that tomatoes have been missing from my food with no warning because they were out. Now this may not be a big deal to most people but tomatoes are one of my favorite foods, and if I knew I were not going to be getting any I would not order a burger. Moving on to a few weeks ago, I tried their new spicy chicken guacamole sandwich and the guacamole was atrocious, so when I came back in a few days later I asked for the sandwich without guac. The clerk was new, but it seems like the clerk is always new as they seem to have an incredibly high turnover(even for fast food). So the manager comes over and proceeds to ring up a completely different chicken sandwich. I said wait a minute, that’s not what I want. She says, oh, it has different cheese, but we can always substitute the cheese. So I say, this other sandwich has regular chicken and I want spicy chicken. So after her being confused for another minute she finally proceeds to punch in what I had asked for. Well at this point the cook had put guac on the last spicy chicken filet, so I was told I’d have to wait about seven minutes and was again offered a different sandwich. I said that’s fine I’d wait. Well ten minutes go by(yes I was timing it on my phone), and I go stand by the counter, where the same girl asks me what I’m waiting for. I tell her and she has no idea what I’m talking about, the manager comes back out and it turns out the chicken has been done for a few minutes and no one has bothered to make my sandwich. The cook has an attitude and questions why she should make another sandwich so the manager makes it herself. Fast forward to today, I don’t want to deal with another chicken argument so I order something completely different. The clerk(someone new again) swipes my card six times before I can tell him that for some reason my card never works here and they have to punch it in. He asks me for another card and again I explain that he will have to punch it in. He tries literally fifteen more times before calling a manager who proceeds to swipe my card over and over himself(quickly, and at least 20 times, and trust me I am not exaggerating) before turning it over to a third employee. They are all talking to each other but I have no idea what they are saying as the conversation is in Russian. I have explained to every single person that they will have to punch the numbers in. After the girl swipes my card a ton I say, look, can you please stop that, you are just messing up the magnetic stripe even more. At this point I am definitely visibly irritated. She says, «No, it’s okay,» and CONTINUESTOSWIPETHECARD. Finally she says, you’ll have to punch it in, and hands it back to the first employee! By this time the food had all been ready and sitting on the counter for at least a minute. I am very upset that the card, which belongs to me, was continued to be abused after I asked the employees to stop. The food was fine, it is almost always fine, but the customer service makes eating here a stressful experience. I give up.

Do not go here if you enjoy being told to park in front, in the drive-thru! This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 months. If it Happens once, you get a pass, twice and you don’t know how to run a business. 10 minutes later I get my food partly wrong. I said No tomatoes no cheese. Still got tomato. It gets 2 stars for price & taste when it’s RIGHT! I tried calling too & no answer. Look I know for a fact this place was fast and accurate a couple years ago. I ate way too much fast food then, barely touch it now. I don’t plan on visiting anytime soon again. Do these businesses not realize we have tons of other options?

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for the last 10 years. It used to be good. They used to have the change ready before you got to the window, food was always hot, fresh and great tasting. Something has happened since… I just went there tonight and for the 2nd time in 6 months they have run out of fries. How in the hell does a fast food restaurant run out of fries? I’m going to still go here, but only because there isn’t another Wendy’s close enough to me. I’m not going to go here as much, however.

I had to tell you all of the new Caesar side salad at Wendy’s. I was surprised by how gourmet it was for $ 1.29. Lettuce is green romaine. Strips of real Asiago cheese draped on top. Marzetti lemon garlic caesar dressing. Marzetti all natural gourmet croutons.
