Had a ding that was all the way through the glass so I had to get it replaced. They did not prime the whole way around and so my window leaked. Took it in three different times with it leaking and they said it was not due to the windshield. They treated me like I was clueless. Finally had to have the windshield repaired with my own money and they could see where Ideal Glass did not prime and it was leaking through a hole. Will NEVER go back.

I had some storm windows replaced. Todd was Great and the price was much less than I expected. I was so happy I had them look at my storm door and they fixed it for only $ 12. quick work at a fair price.
