Jet Stream Car Wash

tried out new carwash program, unlimited for a monthly fee. Quality of carwash is poor at best, this car wash was not set up for this type of lan. Soap all over vehicle after it was done, dryers very poor. my windows looked worse after carwash than before i cleaned it. I gave them 3 opportunities to make it better, and it did not. I emailed them my concerns and they did respond quickly and did apologise and tell me they were working on it. After 3^rd and final wash I emailed to have package cancelled, i was told the are still ordering new equipment to fix the problems. The final straw and reason for this review, I was charged again for the service that I cancelled. Perhaps they should get their ducks in a row before launching a new program. waiting on return of funds now, hopefully they get this right.
