Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership

I wish I could leave no stars. I talked to the General Mgr (male) today to get down to why he could not order a lift recliner and another store could. He said it was his decision not to, and why would he order one for me for only a month rental. It was not only that but his attitude sucked, not professional at all. Go to Aaron’s in Ontario if you’re within their 10 mile radius. They’re very professional with a great attitude. This store, the mgmt. is polar opposite.

Horrible management team… Terrible customer service, I caught one of their «managers» in a lie and he still was a ass. I’ll never do business with this company again

This place is almost like Rent A Center, but Aaron’s has great deals and is cheap compared to Rent A Center. Another thing about Aaron’s is that they have different selections of item that Rent A Center does not have, yet with Rent A Center they have great items that Aaron’s does not have, yet then again the only thing that I could say about Aaron’s is that they have great deals and prices on the items, yet Rent A Center has great merchandise compared to Aaron’s.
The reason why I have rated Aaron’s 2 stars is because they really do not have great brands, yet have great deals and is cheap. Another thing that I gave Aaron’s 2 stars is because if your in a lease with them you must stay in the lease for 6 months in order to be able to return the item if you no longer want the item, yet again if you want to return the item the item must be in good condition. Now compared to Rent A Center you have no hassle. If you no longer want the item or either can’t pay it anymore you can just return it without any hassles, issues, and many questions ask.
Another thing about Aaron is that people has certain limits in getting an item, and they base it on the amount you have taken out. For us our limit was only up to $ 149.00, but with Rent A Center we just have no limits just that after a month of review on our account we can get another.
This is my first time getting with Aaron’s and my husband and I got a camera and television set (with surround sounds, and blue ray), now when I needed to get another item I could not get anymore because of the limit. I have never experience this with Rent A Center! With Rent A Center we have gotten alot of item. Whirlpool Fridge, Ashley dinning table, Sony Laptop, Apple Ipad 2, Apple Mac Computer, Sony Stereo, and 2 Sony Television (LED & LCD). There was no issues, no hassle, no credit check, they fix the item in your place, free delivery, helps on issues with payment, and so much more. Now the only issue with them is the price and its a choice of either making payments weekly, bi-​weekly, or monthly.
So I have compared mostly Aaron’s and Rent A Center… and if you want to go with the best brand names and helpful people with not much issues. go with Rent A Center, but if you want cheap let’s go with Aaron’s. The only reason why I went with Aaron’s its because its cheap, either than that… here is what I have seen, heard and even experience.
Aarons:
Customer Service– its okay, got way better experience.
Price– Cheap and Reasonable ($$)
Merchandise– okay, got way better (LG, Samsung, HP, Asus, and others)
Deals– has GREAT deals
Payments-​monthly
Return-​after 6 months of the lease and MUST be in good condition
Delivery-​Free
Assemble– Free and will do it
Rent A Center:
Customer Service– GREAT, very helpful!
Price– High, but reasonable due to the merchandise ($$$$)
Merchandise– has Apple brands, Sony, LG, Acer, and many other great ones…
Deals– has some okay deals, but not that great
Payments– Weekly, Bi-​weekly, or Monthly
Returns– Can return it anytime with no hassles or issues.
Delivery– Free
Assemble– Will do it and its free too…
Aaron’s is okay… love the fact that they are cheap!
Hate the fact that we have to wait 6 months in order to return an item if we no longer want it! TIED TO A CONTRACT… SERIOUSLY…SUCKS!!!
Oh well, everyone has there own opinion and all…
