Accurate Inspections

I purchased my home in December 2014 and had my home inspection don by victor. it was great ! complete reports and very understandable. I have recommended this company to family and friends and they are very pleased as well. they also have the best customer service girls! very helpful and always so nice. very pleased !

I used Accurate Inspections today and Victor Fuentez couldn’t have been a nicer or more helpful Property Inspector! He was thorough and followed up with me at the end. He will send the report on Monday.

Terrible inspection overall. Inspector appeared to do the minimum. There was no indication that the inspector checked any of the outlets in the house, the a/​c temperature, furnace, etc. The report was minimal and not much help at all. For a 1900 sq ft house, he was in and out in about 1.5 hrs (at most). He then handed me his business card which had a pricing list on it. Later I realized they OVER CHARGED me by $ 50 based on the sq footage of my home. I have tried contacting my inspector twice to follow up with a few questions but have not received a call back.
I would highly recommend to avoid this company.

My realtor recommended Accurate Inspections and she was amazing throughout the entire buying process, so I didn’t even question her and called to set up an appointment. I reached Eileen when I called, who was very nice and willing to help in anyway she could to make the scheduling as easy as possible. I needed to schedule the termite inspection as well, and she asked for the number and did a conference call with the company so they could both be there at the same time, which was a huge help.
A gentleman by the name of George Guzman was the inspector who came out to our property to perform the inspection. He was extremely nice and completely professional, explaining what the process would be and everything he would be checking for. He let us know we would receive the results the following day, and we did.
What we received was a complete, easy to understand report, complete with pictures of areas recommended for repair/​replacement. I noticed a negative review on here for no termite inspection, but that is a completely different service that needs to be done by an insect inspection company, not a property inspector.
My report was emailed to our realtor, so I called and asked if I could be sent a copy as well. I spoke with Eileen again, who promptly created a login on their site for me and emailed me the info to obtain the report. A downloadable .pdf was also available, which is great. Again, very easy to understand and the pictures are a huge help.
I didn’t shop around for our inspection as our realtor recommended Accurate very highly, but from what I’ve heard from others our cost was very reasonable. And considering the service even if I’d been told I paid too much I wouldn’t feel cheated. You get what you pay for.
If you’re considering this company, don’t waste your time looking any further. Very highly recommended.

There were so many things that this company failed to mention that was wrong with our home, that I felt I simply needed to let others know to try somebody else. They were polite and their customer service was fine but their overall inspection was NOT thorough, they missed a lot of obvious issues with the house and picked up instead on random issues, such as a corner of a roof tile having a crack in it or some of the wrought iron fencing (in the yard, not on the structure of the home, being slightly rusty). That said, either the person inspecting the home didn’t know what to look for or they didn’t do their job. They also did not check for termites.

The inspections are very affordable compared to other companies but reports are not very thorough. Report had no actual pictures for reference, very general statements. I was also charged the incorrect price and it took about a week for them to adjust my price and send me a check for the difference when they could have just refunded me instantly by credit card since I paid with credit card. It took 3 phone calls to get that price adjustment. Needless to say, next time I’d pay a little more for better service and a more detailed report.

I hired Accurate Inspections on the advice from a good friend to come out and perform a preliminary home inspection. Gary Soto was very polite and thorough. he answered all my questions and provided me with a great inspection report at a relatively low cost. the best part was that he performed the inspection on a Friday and had the complete inspection report that included pictures, ready for me by Monday.
I highly recommend this company to anyone in the process of purchasing a new home.
