Avila’s Garden Art

We have one experience with this company, and we are very pleased. The pricing was competitive, and the personnel at the location were polite and helpful. We ordered a fountain in a different color than the model on display, and it was ready when they said it was going to be. Our yard wasn’t ready for it yet so they held it a couple of weeks.
It arrived in good condition and was set up by two men who were also courteous and efficient. We have no complaints and would certainly do business with them again.

do not ever order site unseen an fountain from these people!
we ordered a fountain through moller’s garden center (who i should take this up with too) and the first fountain that came had a horrible finish, completely uneven smeared staining and was unacceptable.
the deliver crew… the owners brother (??)…came in a ratty beat up van to charge $ 400(?) to deliver and set up.
after they brought it out i said there was no way i was accepting this fountain!
they took it away and said they were going to bring another new one as soon as possible.
about a month later i get a call that it is ready for delivery. they bring it out once again in the avila delivery van that looks something out of escape from la, beat to death and smoking. they bring 2 adults and literally 2 children to move a 2000 pound fountain!
anyhow, i absolutely not cancelling the order right there. i could see that the fountains pieces were all different colors, i mean literally the base was one color, the main bowl another somewhat similar color and the top another similar but different color.
as i wanted a fountain on my patio weeks ago i accepted it under the condition that they told me someone could come out to restain it. they had already moved it and set it up so i accepted this solution.
i totally regret trusting them. after numerous phone calls and emails no one ever contacted me. the other person that rated them has almost the same story… lots of talk they will fix things and then they disappear.
absolutely under no circumstances ever, ever, ever order a custom fountain from this company!!! their work is shoddy, they in fact cracked and broke off part of the fountain setting it up and smiled sheepishly…“sorry amigo”.
do not do biz with avila unless you are looking at the fountain you are buying in person.
