This store has improved significantly. They have a new manager over the a few stores and he understands what type of store his clientele wants. The employees are friendlier and more knowledgeable than who originally worked here when I left. Much better store.

My family and I went to game stop. We were greeted by Albert who was friendly and professional. Dj the store manager took his time answering our question on product we were considering purchasing. He gave us different options of products to buy. Dj and Albert are good team being led by Dj. My wife and I really felt we had a good experience of customer service here and will return to purchase more games for the family. Keep up the good work.

Nice friendly staff at this particular GameStop. They’re very knowledgeable about current and upcoming games; they also make great suggestions for games and are not afraid to tell you if a game is not worth buying if you ask them about it. Good, well stocked selection as well. The used selection of games is phenomenal and they’re always getting trade-​ins so chances are you’ll be able to find that certain game you’ve been dying to get your hands on for a very reasonable price.

Came in here on Black Friday and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it would be. but we came later on in the day and all the early-​morning specials were just about to end.
We walk in and were helped right away by one of their sales associates. He was really friendly and knowlegable about various games and recommendations on game consoles.
