I’ve been coming here for 3 – 4 years now and they’re great. They’re always on time and super helpful. The assistants are thorough in their examination which many other optometrists skip altogether. The doctor is also just as great. She is patient and doesn’t mind going back and forth between slides to ensure you receive the most accurate prescription. I love how hassle-​free this place is. I actually look forward to my appointment once a year here. Try them, you won’t regret it.

I love this place! The doctor is really nice, and she spent a good 40 minutes on making sure that we found the right prescription for me. The staff members are awesome and have great customer service!

Wouldn’t usually look out of my city for an eye doctor, but my friend suggested me to give this one a try. So, what’s there to lose? If it was not to my liking, I could easily just go back to my old place or find another one around my area.
I don’t know what’s up with the reviews stating they received bad service; I guess to each their own.
First thing I walked in, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming, and on top of that Dr. Truong is very patient and informative. She didn’t rush me at all, instead she gave me her full attention, as if we’re old friends. That made the visit to the eye doctor more pleasant.
The glasses frames on display are all in fashion. I took my time trying out all the Ray Ban’s, unlike a certain hut that pressures you to buy or leave, I was very relaxed and was able to pick out the right one.
Although it’s a bit far from where I live, the customer service here is worth the 1 hour drive out.

They have trendy and stylish glasses. Their services are comprehensive. I have called around because I wanted to wear contact lens. Because of my high astigmatism, other offices have said they can’t put me in contact lenses. This doctor was able to put me in contact lens. Not only are the contact lens comfortable, I can see well through them. Friendly staff and great service. Thank you for helping me see without my glasses.

They really have the worse business ethic. I went to have a fitting for contacts color and regular. I asked for the prescription, and was going to order though a provider my wok offers. What I came to find out is that they only authorized the prescription for the regular contacts not for the color. When I went back to ask about the color they said that I would have to go through them to order. When asked to talk to someone in charge I would have to come back to talk with doctor and the receptionist became very rude. When I talked to the doctor it was no different. I want people to be aware of the shady business practices some of these business have and avoid the headaches I have gained.
