Pros: Pleasant help who know how to move an assembly line along during lunch rush. Cons: When you build a hot meatball sandwich with lots of sauce between two slices of untoasted roll, you end up with a disgusting, soggy, gluey mess. The sauce was bland and the meatballs tasted like they came from the large bag of frozen meatballs from Walmart. I haven’t given up on them yet. I need to try at least a couple more items off the menu.

I love Jersey Mike’s. Love the rewards program. Today this place was super busy. And only 2 people working the lunch rush. They both managed to stay cheerful and speedy and friendly with customers. Good job guys! Well done. Tipped just to brighten their day.

I seriously Love Jersey Mikes but the location in Fontana sucks!!! The customer service seriously needs improvement. I ALWAYS place an order online and ONLY at the Fontana location i reveive a stupid look, like wtf are you talking about lady. What online order :/Dude!!! If you can’t handle online orders coming in disable it. The food is great! I love Mikes sandwiches BUT only 3 stars because good food and only take you so far in a chain. We need some customer service here as well

Im glad this place exists in Fontana. I’m glad I never have to go to Subway ever again. The employees are really friendly here and by the looks of everything, they do a great job maintaining cleanliness. I’m always greeted with friendly welcomes and enjoy the brief chat about how my day is going. The sandwiches are always on point and there’s many different kinds to choose from. My favorite is the original #13.

Looooooooove this place!!! Very fun, friendly staff. They provide a Kaiser employee discount and a great rewards program! The sandwiches are huge and very fresh! Best sandwich shop in town maybe state, maybe country! Keep up the good work!

This is my first time coming to jersey mikes in Fontana and it will be my last. I have been waiting for my order to be made for over 20 minutes. I was watching many orders come and go. I was the last one there and one order left on the counter. I finally ask about my order and it turns out they were calling the wrong name for my order. They kept calling«manny» and I’m a female. It made me more mad that they thought it was funny. I didn’t think it was funny.

Definitely not like the other jersey mikes. Ordered a hot chicken philly and she made my sandwich and wrapped it up– what happened to asking me if I wanted lettuce or any other fixings for that matter– I don’t want to have to buy a $ 8 sandwich then go home and doctor it up. Won’t be going back to that location.

This is a terrible, terrible store, run by people barely competent to unlock a door. I walk in, and there are absolutely no customers in the store. What that means is that the two people behind the counter have time to stand around and chit chat with one another. When one of them finally gets around to helping me, the other one resumes his standing behind the corner staring at a space on the wall and doing absolutely nothing. As I am waiting for my sandwich to be made, I am also waiting for the wall starer to actually ring me up. Something he has to be told to do because he’s too busy staring open mouthed at nothing at all. I order a sandwich with mushrooms(this becomes important later on). After I am finally rung up, I go to sit down. And there is not a single clean table in the entire store. As the still idle employees watch me, I proceed to clean my own table. I sit down, open my sandwich, and I see that there are no mushrooms on my sandwich. I take my sandwich back, and some new person who has just arrived informs me that she sees«A mushroom» on my sandwich. Well thank you for giving me one mushroom on my sandwich. I will never, ever give a single dime to this store again. And I will make sure that everyone knows that this is the epitome of scraping the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service.

I always come here since it’s super close to my house & I’ve never had any issue at all. Service can drag a bit, only because they are meticulous and take their time with it so it’s right. Everything is always fresh and always delicious. I wanted to give a big thanks to Cathy and Josie, both of those girls always have a smile on their face and are always very sweet and polite. I’ll see rude customers going off on them and these girls always do their best to fix it never losing their smile. Keep up the good work, I will definitely keep coming here.

Not impressed with the #4 at all– lacked meat and flavor. Service was very, very slow– they had 5 people on shift and only one person making sandwiches(she seemed new). Very unorganized! Tables were dirty, the display cooler was dirty, and the meat and cheeses were held by the grill, not refrigerated.

The sandwich was good. However the two times that I have been there showed horrible service at first(figured new store & new staff) the second trip a few weeks later was actually worse. Not worth dealing with the staff.

I have been a fan of Jersey Mike’s from the very moment my lips touched their Famous Philly. My first thought, «WHEREHAVEYOUBEENALLMYLIFE?!» Sadly, when I was first introduced to them, the closest location was in Rancho Cucamonga, which was not far, but not close enough. FORTUNATELY for us, however, they recently opened this location, close to home! We walked in on a Sunday evening, and I was surprised at how busy it was for 8pm. We waited in line about 5 – 10 minutes before they started on our order. I ordered The Original(#13) which I’d never tried before, and my husband stuck to his usual, the Roast Beef, both Mike’s Way(always go Mike’s Way). The girl that started our order really impressed me when she noticed that they guy she’d handed our subs to was oblivious to the fact that he’d drenched my bottom bun in water. She quickly stopped him, grabbed the sub, wiped the water off counter, and replaced the bottom bun with a fresh one. Totally WOWed! Honestly, I hadn’t even noticed myself until I saw her wiping the water off the counter. Come to think of it, the guy probably didn’t notice either, but major kudos to her for her impressive attention to detail! I’ve visited this location about 3 times since it opened, and it’s usually pretty clean. On this last visit, we had to wipe off a table ourselves, but it was really no big deal. The staff is always friendly enough, no complaints there. My selling point: The SUBS! Absolutely delicious! I’ve tried the Famous Philly, the Turkey & Provolone, and The Original, and have yet to be disappointed. I love the Mike’s Way combination, and usually add jalapeños. If you’re being calorie conscious, pick up their to-go menu for nutritional info. That leads me to my second favorite thing — their subs are actually HEALTHY! Nothing beats tasty healthy food in my book! My ONLY complaint — it can be a bit pricey. Last night, I used the $ 18.99 meal deal coupon(2 reg subs, 2 chips, 2 drinks) and added a kid’s sized turkey sub and our total was a little over $ 20. A tad high for me, considering it’s a fast food style place, AND I used a coupon, but the subs are worth it. Overall, a MAJOR upgrade to all the other sub places out there(especially Subway)! Jersey Mike’s has had no trouble sweeping me off my feet!

Great food, I could eat this place everyday. Only complaint is that twice I have placed order online and paid an hour in advance and I still waited over 20 mins for my food when I arrived. Not good when you are on your lunch break.

Somebody please give me the name of the girl running the register 4÷13÷15 at around 12:15 she was trying to figure out her mistake switching cash from drawer to drawer with a line of people never once looking up to apologize for the wait not talking to me at all while being rung up and not even giving me my receipt. Thank you Jacob and everyone else there for your kind service however this lady needs a few sessions of customer service and a smile wouldn’t hurt. Jersey mikes is great just at other locations.

Great service and subs. Michelle and Adrian were great. Michelle was impressive by remembering my birthday. For being a young group of workers they understand the importance of customer service and you don’t see that in young people anymore, but I sure seen it in them. Great job to the both of you!!!

This location is brand new and when i visited a week ago, it had only been open for 4 days. So of course, there were some very small service issues: Confusion behind the food prep counter and a small mistake at the register. But this definitely did not ruin my dining experience. The food itself was perfect — fresh and very tasty! And being a new building, everything was very clean. I will be back!

Bomb! Jersey Mikes is better than Subway in some aspects, worse in others. Their subs are made with meat and cheese that is cut by hand on a deli slicer right in front of you. They have hot and cold options. They even have a griddle for an authentic cheesesteak! What they don’t have are veges. They have onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Subway is better here because you can load up on all sorts of plant matter! Service is average in terms of speed, they make things fresh here. Friendly people, good amount of seating inside and outside. Nice to have variety in this part of Fontana!
