Finding an honest and comfortable body shot is beyond impossible to find! My boyfriend needed work done on his truck. We needed a body shop asap so we Googled the closest and most reliable body shop and P & P popped up. My boyfriend works long hours so I was the one that had top drop off and pick up the truck. Being a girl and walking into a body shop not knowing anything about cars I was terrified. They made me feel so welcomed, safe and comfortable. I took my brand new Kia Optima for a bad hit and run and P&P went above and beyond to get the job done! The car was done within the date they gave me exactly as promised. They also did an awesome job of dealing with my insurance company and getting the extra repairs approved. Pang is the owner and is the sweetest business owner I’ve ever met. As you all know, finding an honest body shop is like finding an honest man. almost impossible lol
Last month my poor baby hit a tire tread on the freeway which resulted in a cracked bumper, torn engine splash shield, chipped paint, and a very grumpy me.
Referred by the boyfriend, I took my chances on sending her to P & P even though they weren’t affiliated with my insurance. The boys (Gary and Eugene) are real easy to talk to and down right honest.
While baby was in the shop I figured I might as well get my brakes done and get my headlights cleaned. In a matter of days, she looked better than she did before the accident. Oh and the paint job — flawless!

Needed some work on a fender bender (rear bumper) and Mr. Pheng was just awesome! He was very helpful, professional and most important honest. He did very good work and his pricing was reasonable. He even worked it out so it was all done within 1 day (on weekend) so I wouldn’t need a rental. I was very happy and would definitely recommend.

Great customer service with very reasonable prices. What I hate most about car accidents is having to go through the formalities of insurances, car rentals, and shop repairs. But the people of P & P were nothing short of pleasant. I had my car checked in and estimated on a Monday and got a call by Wednesday saying it was finished. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with other auto places that were as fast and able to keep the quality of their service.
I highly recommend this place. Especially as a woman who knows little about cars, this is one establishment I can go to and rest assure I will not get ripped off.
