Went here in a pinch. Terrible customer service, food itself was 4⁄5 stars In and out quick, had a really really bad experience with whoever attended me. Didn’t care to catch his name, he was a latino gay man(absolutely mean no disrespect). He was being very pushy, and disorganized. The whole ordering process was a push and pull thing. I tried to make it as painless and possible but this guy just wanted it the hard way. I asked for 4 half rice and chowmein combo plates, instead of prepping the 4 plates he prepped 2 of them and got the items mixed up on them. He, himself, did notice he wasn’t providing any level off satisfactory customer service. So he tossed in 2 pieces of orange chicken and called it «even».

Horrible Panda Express! I didn’t really want to pick up food from here, but figured it would be a quick bite for me instead of reheating left overs. Boy was I disappointed! I ordered a chicken mushroom bowl with ½ chow mein and ½ steamed rice. When I arrived home, I opened a half empty bowl with undercooked rice and no chow mein. I may also add that there were only four pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. This is the last time I will be visiting a Panda Express. A total waste of money!

Very Limited items! More vegetables then meat. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t look at what you’re being served. Will not be back not impressed at all!

Very rude. We went through the drive thru around 8 pm. We received our food timely but when the lady opened the window she told me my total. I gave her my card and then she handed me my card back and receipt. She handed us our food a few seconds later and closed the window. We received no thank you, no can I get you soy sauce, hot sauce, nothing! My youngest daughter said«mom, her parents must not have taught her any manners.» LOL. Guess not!

Cheapest, tightest, Worst Chinese fast food… they only give 5 chili packets!!! They have a drive thru however, I’m disable and like a lot of chili. Company policy for this location and the one in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill(walmart) are only allowed to give 6 packets of chili to customers. If u want more u have to go in the store to make your meal«how u like it» . Again im disable!!! Arent they making enough money ! cant evrn enjoy a meal how we like it– spicy!!!

If I’m craving fast food, Panda Express is usually what I want. Rice, noodles, veggies, and meat(almost always the orange chicken) make for a fast and tasty meal. Of course, it’s not authentic but neither is McDonald’s and sometimes that’s all I want: fast, cheap, and filling. I’ve tried everything on the menu at one point or another, but over the years I’ve gotten into the habit of ordering half fried rice, half chow mein, orange chicken, and steamed vegetables. The orange chicken is usually drenched in the orange sauce, but it still goes well with the rice and chow mein. I like the teriyaki chicken, too, since it’s a freshly cooked piece of chicken chopped in front of you. The teriyaki sauce isn’t that good, though, so get it on the side or don’t ask for any and use the soy sauce and/or chili sauce to give it more flavor. I’m also a fan of their steamed veggies(plain but healthy). This location does everything right: all of the employees seem nice and they always get my orders right. It has one of the bigger dining rooms I’ve seen at a Panda and they also have outdoor seating. Both dining areas and bathrooms are clean, which is always a plus. My new favorite thing is to order online and bypass the line. The staff is good about having your food ready when they say it’ll be ready and since you pay online, you just confirm your name at the cash register and you’re all set to eat.

Miguel @2pm he assisted me at the register. We frequent this location many time before. Food always fresh, well stocked, the serving area are well kept. Lets go back to Miguel, he seem to anticipate my needs for my 6 kids.

Like coming to Panda as one of my last choice for Chinese food. The Chow Mein very dry and the fried rice is very bland. The Teriyaki Chicken had a freeze dry taste, now the Angus Steak is very good along with the Honey Walnut Shrimp just pricey. Wish they had a pork dish.

Since I’ve been coming here for 6 years, I’ve.always had fresh food. Note, always go to Chinese restaurants that have ready made food in trays, during lunch hour or peak busy dinner time, otherwise, the food won’t be freshly made. Their orange chicken is the best! They never seem to have enough of it. They have to continually . That means it’s made fresh. A few years ago, we ordered catering from them for a water polo banquet. The manager went out of his way to make sure he had the order correct and he helped carry the. food out to.the.car. It was quite reasonably priced for as much food as we had. It was hot and delicious!

Went thru the drive thru and they forgot my second entrée. I’ll say I won’t come back but I probably will.

On a regular day, the portions are small and prices are high. Tonight we went for dinner for a fundraiser for my son’s school and the portions were ridiculous! The bowls were not even half full yet we were charged an additional charge for a «premium entrée». It’s too bad for an establishment like this to take advantage of the public trying to help their kids and school. Very disappointed.

Wow, I am shocked at the negative reviews! This place is great! I have been going there for over three years, and the food has always been consistently fresh and delicious. Customer service is excellent, and they’ve never made a mistake with my order. Not to mention the drive thru is a major plus! This is hands down the best Panda Express I’ve ever been too!

Horrible! Was rushed theough my order felt. Had to repeat my items a few times theiy werent even busy to feel hectic two other people inside and one other car behind me in the drive thru. Didnt even have teriyaki chicken said the wait would be 9 minutes. Youd think that was a common item and that theyd be prepared to run out and have it on hand. Seems pretty unorganized to me. Wouldnt be so unpleased if they had let me take my time to order instead I was rushed and only orderer half of what I planned on. Wouldve complained to them directly but didnt feel like having my food shat in. And to top it all off definitely took over 9 minutes more like 20 minutes

Tried this place twice, first time they gave me 2 orders of the same thing. Which I didnt order. Second visit they were out of two of the menu items I wanted and the they still messed up my order and left out a while half of it. I called to complain this time and they tild me to come back and they would fix the order. When I went back for the order replacement the manager had a bad attitude as if it was my fault they screwed up my order. I couldn’t believe it. I told him they will never see me in that one again. Crazy ppl

This particular location should be renamed to «Incompetence Express». The employees while friendly constantly forget to include ordered items. The food is almost always disgustingly stale. Never go here in the early part of the day or you are likely to get the night before’s microwaved leftovers. The convenience of the drive-thru is nice but service is VERY slow.

I’ve never seen a Panda with a drive-thru, but I wishe there were more like it! The restaurant was clean, and plenty of inside seating is available. Located in a large shopping center, plenty of parking is available also. The food was what you would expect from a Panda, and service was friendly. The food portions were way larger than most other Panda’s i’ve been to, and man was i stuffed when I left. Keep up the good work Panda!

I’m returning to try the sesame chicken and am liking it. Sesame chicken with braised string beans and yellow peppers. Tasty. Panda Express has got me back, at least for now.

Pretty good for a PX. I don’t like getting luke warm or cold/old entrees, which I think they either need to make less or throw out the old stuff. Everyone is friendly, they greet you, but rarely will they offer samples. There are coupons on the back of your receipt. They no longer have regular fried rice, but brown fried rice. It tastes ok, I won’t complain since I lather the rice with sweet and sour sauce so I can’t taste too much of a difference.
