I do not live in the area, I was just on my way to Vegas when we stopped to quickly pick up something to eat. I walked in and was greeted by Myrna who dazzled me with her personality! She complimented my outfit and even my name(since it is unusual!) and was extremely helpful in customizing my order. She made suggestions that would make my salad perfect! I definitely appreciate someone who can make a typical restaurant experience into a warm and personable interaction! Thank you Myrna! This girl needs a promotion!

Last two times we ordered online it’s was short food… we had to go back and pick up the food. So much for a «family» dinner.

I got my usual Cobblestone Muffin, and it’s crunchy on the top but moist in the middle. Best one in many, many months!

Love The convenience of ordering online or at the kiosk if it’s busy. Only problem you have to check your order because it’s always incorrect. They either short you something or totally give you the incorrect item. Asked for a baguette as a side but they totally forgot it and had to wait got my drink even after my order was up. Both a large baguette and asked for it to be sliced but they totally missed that. Also I no longer see the option on customization to add spinach to my salad. They used to cola at 8 but now close later so that really helps. Staff is usually pretty friendly and food is good wish they used other greens besides romaine. Place clean, parking a problem when they are busy.

Nothing extraordinary to report here. I began frequenting this location for lunch while on maternity leave, since it was closer to me than Corner Bakery, and offered up similarly delicious lunch options. My favorite: their«You Pick Two» lunch combinations, where you select two of your favorite menu items. What’s even better?: They promise your selections will be UNDER600 Calories! Like I’ve said before, there’s nothing better than delicious food sans the calories(well mayyyyybe there are a few things better, but that’s pretty up there)! I usually choose their Turkey Avocado BLT paired with a Baked Potato Soup and it is the beez-kneez!!! My 2nd Favorite: their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel! If you haven’t tried this, or even heard of this, you live in a 20ft hole somewhere in no-man’s-land and are technically not even human. Joking aside — TRYTHIS. NOW! Lastly, sign up for their rewards program for super cool perks. I’ve received a free bagel and 99 cent pastries! My advice: Always sign up for rewards, ALWAYS. Overall, a neat place to grab a healthy lunch(unless you live next to Corner Bakery, then go there).

This place is by far the worst Pandora I’ve ever been to. The staff was rude the girl that took out order looked mad and frustrated while we ordered and we had a hair in our soup. We also tried to switch out untouched apple for bread and one of the staff asked a manager if we could switch it for bread and they just said no. I don’t know but I’ve never been so disappointed when going to a Panera this place is horrible never coming back!

I don’t really know what’s going on with this location but a few days ago I decided to come here for the first time. I usually eat at the Panera off 4th street in Ontario but I happened to be closer to this location so I wanted to try it out. I ordered my food to go. A Napa Almond chicken salad sandwich and a cup of cheddar broccoli soup. One thing I did like was that they gave two big slices of the baguettes with my order, that was a plus for the most part. The cheddar broccoli soup was delicious, nice and cheesy with plenty of broccoli. But when it came to my sandwich that’s where the good ended. Their chicken salad was PACKED with almonds, and it wasn’t pleasing. They really ground up the almonds so it gave the mix a super grainy taste. I felt like I was eating chicken salad with sand in it. It just was not a good texture for a sandwich. I also asked for pepperoncini’ son the side which tasted horrible. They must have been old or were sitting around for a while because they definitely did not taste fresh. Not to mention I’m pretty sure their food messed with my stomach. I will not be returning to this location. I will drive the 15 minutes away to the Panera off 4th in Ontario or the Rancho location off Haven and foothill. Both of those locations are better than this one.

I come to Panera every Saturday morning on my lunch usually the food is pretty good. I would say it’s over priced for what they give you.(Size). But this time was ridiculous! Me and my grandmas both ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and it looked like a thin piece of bread with half a piece of cheese on it. Not a nice melted grilled cheese with cheese goosing out of it.

Love the chain, but I will avoid this Panera now. We tried again today, after a terrible experience last time. My last review was about the state of the men’s bathroom which was deplorable and unhealthy. Today the women’s restroom is a mess: dirty toilets, no soap, no towels. A single cashier for a line of 12 people. When I reported both to the manager he seemed not to care. Got it. Outa here.

Why offer a free bagel when you run out of everything by 9am? The lady at the counter was really nice but come on! That’s ridiculous.

Boy is the line to place your order slow. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I opted to place my order on the tablet. I don’t think it was very intuitive, but managed to place my order without making the mandatory substitutions that only Californians do — apparently we change menus. I ordered turkey chili and a Caesar salad. Both choices: bleh. Perhaps my palette was more discriminating because of the ridiculous wait time to order, receive my order, and the unkept dining room — it was disgusting and dirty. The chili was warm — I’m neurotic about food temperatures — so that’s a plus. Too heavy on beans, however. It also lacked seasoning. Caesar salad was a bust. How is that possible?! The lettuce was warm and not crisp. It did not taste fresh. The chicken was bland — I remember eating tastier mud pies as a kid, true story. The bread was warm and delicious! Win! Only win. The end.

Ordered a ham egg and cheese on jalapeño bagel it took 15 min to get and when it showed up theres no egg. The most simplest thing to make and its missing egg. Than they bring me a new one on the wrong bread. Hell no would I go back. Plus it was hard

Used the Panera bread app to order. The app shows when something is out of stock so when Isaw my wife’s favorite bagels still available i ordered some. Well when i got to the store they had in fact ran out. The store manager was great and asked if i wanted anything else instead, he replaced the bagels the with a turkey sandwich & chips and we were good to go. I really appreciated how easy it was to change the order and not have to go back to the register. Im definitely coming back to this Panera. The only thing i have noticed is that because ot is so popular parking can get pretty slim so be patient with that. The seating inside is great for families too, everytime i visit this Panera there are a lot of people but it still doesnt feel crowded.

Serving bad food, will cause a regular customer to not return. When an avocado’s brown inside, don’t chop it up and put in a salad. It ruins the taste of everything. Train your employees or get rid of the ones that don’t care!

Ordered to go 2 sandwiches and a soup. Took a while to order because of the long line and only 1 cashier. Then waited a while for food to be ready. Our soup had a piece of plastic in it … It was probably frozen, then the worker cut bag open and didn’t realize that plastic piece had fallen into soup. Can’t say much more about this because things like this do happen. The sandwiches were foreign object free. We had been at many Panera Breads and this by far was the least efficiently run. Management really needs to look into this. There really wasn’t any reason to have a long line(I was behind 7 people) with just one cashier open. And there were way too many people waiting at the pick up counter for their orders, unhappy. Very disappointed. Would not return.

I don’t know weather to give a 2 or 3 star rating, so I’m just rounding up with my overall score of 2.75. Well before coming in, I skimmed through some of the reviews and read about this locations incompetence. I thought to myself«C’mon, it can’t be that bad… these just must be some grumpy Unilocalers…» Well, I digress. The incompetence was real. First, the pros: –I felt everyone there was actually very friendly and accommodating. –The staff I saw were working really hard, and looked like they were doing their best. — The lady at the register offered me a «birthday pastry» even though it had expired, and I gladly accepted a very delicious brownie. Now…the cons… –People were working incredibly hard, but this could have been avoided had they also not been making the many errors they continued to make, and then having to then fix these errors. –I ordered a whole turkey sandwich, toasted on a baguette, BUT what I received was: *Half turkey sandwich, they«forgot» to make the other half??? I don’t even know what that means… *The sandwich, which comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, salt pepper, and mayo came WITHOUT onion, salt pepper, or mayo. *I ordered it «toasted» well you may have guessed, it was cold as day(is that a phrase?). This whole experience was so bizarre… how was it SOWRONG? I had to ask for them to bring me onions and mayo, plus the other half of my sandwich. They were struggling so much I didn’t even bother to get it toasted(even though thats how I originally ordered it). Lastly, they brought me the mayo and onion, but no knife… I just gave up at this point, and made-do. You may be thinking, but Gaby, they have condiments packaged, why didn’t you just get the mayo yourself? Yeah, I tried that, they were all out. Only half of the condiments at the condiment station were stocked… it was pretty bad. So thats my experience… although everyone was very friendly, it was just like, so off… it was bizarre… 2.75 for bizarre panera.

The restaurant was dirty, and pretty empty. I was wondering why every table that was open had food on it along with trash around it. Kinda disappointed when we walked in and were told before we ordered that they were out of four different foods including their French Baguette. I figured a big restaurant chain like Panera Bread would have a manager or someone in charge of making sure that there was enough food supply to last through the whole day. There were people in the restaurant who weren’t eating, but instead just sleeping. I took the liberty of taking a picture. Kinda looked like a homeless encampment. On a good note, the staff was very nice. I’d probably go back but I would definitely make sure that when I do, it’s early in the business hours.

Continual, unacceptable mistakes: View this review and see the disturbing pics. I typically order online for pickup. Here’s a quick rundown of my experiences: 1) Panini’s are undercooked. Cheese not melted. Inside cold. Little to no grill marks. This happened three times in two months, and management chose to get defensive instead of correcting the problem. 2) The last straw: my last order had a panini with some type of green substance visibly embedded into the top of the sandwich. I gagged. After reading other reviews it seems that I’m not the only person having problems with their online ordering. Beware.
