I have had 2 units here, one for 4 years, another for 2 years due to moving a lot recently. the people i have dealt with are nice. My review happens today because my unit was broken into and i have lost many sentimental items from my deceased husband. they say they check locks twice a day and I was notified on 9⁄8 that my unit was missing a lock and they had placed one of theirs on it. so the theft occurred possibly over labor day weekend. They will not disclose if anyone else was a victim so please contact me if possible if you also had a unit broken into during that time. Because of the items stolen, we assume there were more than one persons, and a vehicle or trailer larger than a pickup used to haul away the items. I know this is just«stuff» but it rips my heart out and I feel violated. Also, corporate has been raising the rates quite often and i now pay over $ 300 for 2 units. I have the insurance they made me buy but i have read online that its very hard to collect, almost impossible to prove there was a covered loss. adding insult to injury. im very sad to lose these items left behind by my husband for myself and my son. Ive found another facility that has better security and the local sheriffs have a unit and do K9 training on the property so i feel much safer there.

Learn from my mistake and stay away from this public storage facility. Several units, including mine, were broken into using only a screwdriver and hammer. There are only 4 cameras on the entire premises and none of them directly cover any of the units. If you decide to rent a unit here, make sure to read the fine print on the insurance pamphlet because, they only cover items that you have proof of(receipts, pictures). However, the employees were always polite and helpful.
