Outstanding service! they get your RV in and out fast and do a great job. Very friendly staff that takes the time to tell you what you can expect from them. Today was the second time I used Quality RV to do work on my Toy Hauler 5th wheel. I will not take my business anywhere else but here.

The name fits the work. They do a quality job. They mostly do insurance repairs, but I gave them a try anyhow. They fixed water damage and slide out stress cracks and much more. I am very impressed on the workmanship and the level they take it to repair my coach. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. If you’re doing an insurance repair, definitely recommend them. If you’re paying out of pocket, shop around on prices so you’re not shocked by the price quote they give you. But again, if you’re too cheap, you’ll get cheap work done and have to repair later. I would use again.

Was sent to Quality RV for repairs on my ToyHauler. I was able to get an appointment next day and all repairs were complete within a week. All repairs were under warrenty and at no cost to me. Lorraine was very helpful. I would recommend this repair center to anyone with an RV/Trailer.

My story began when I purchased a brand new Forest river stealth 2916 toyhauler from Gaint RV in monteclair. I took it out camping the next week and found a number of items that did not work. This is my second toyhauler so I know in order to own one of these you do need a wrench and a set of humor. However when I called Giant they said they could not give an appointment for a month. I told them that I just bought this thing last week and that this stuff should have been caught on their pre inspection. They told me that there was nothing they could do and that I had to wait a month. I contacted Robert Olson with Forest river and he apologized and referred me to a service only shop= Quality RV. I called Lorraine(with QR) and she immediately gave me a next day appointment. To further she called me the next day and all the items were fixed. I picked it up with disbelief but yes indeed, they had went through and fixed everything. I can tell you the customer service her is second to none and the really cared. They not only got a customer with my other toys but saved Forest river as I was writing them off cause of this experience(cause my next upgrade will be a fifth wheel= but definitely not from GIANTRV(not cause the sales staff but the after service is everything).
