R&L carriers is the worst trucking company I have ever dealt with. They charged $ 179 to revise an address
How much effort does it take to type a new address
They also wanted to charge an additional $ 179 if I chose to will call from their facility and sane them the gas and time to deliver to the residential address
In a world of customer service they do not come close to EVERY and any other trucking company I have used throughout my business career!!!

HORRIBLE!!!
I’ve been shipping with these guys for a long time, but finally found a way to not have to deal with them any longer.
They’d never show up on time — and the delays just got longer if we told them we’re closing earlier; not due to lack of the trucks in the area, just due to lack of skill in scheduling. It truly didn’t matter when we called it in for and how many times we’d follow-​up, they’d always show-​up at the same time.
I won’t even tell you whom I switched to, but I will tell you they actually got their sh*t together, unlike these R+L guys.
P. S. Cindy and Rene either work there, their friends or family works there, or they’re crazy.

If I could rate a zero, I would. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were 2.5 hours late and then blamed it on us. It took an extra 5 minutes to print out the BOL, the driver said don’t worry about it I’m in a rush I’ll be back tomorrow, and then he never showed up. In fact, we called the company, and after being lectured that WE were late (when they actually were!) he said they guy was already on his way back home and couldn’t do the shipment until three days later. Absolutely appalled. Not to mention, the company that represents them on Uship is extremely rude and difficult to work with.

A few of our customers request to use R&L for their collect shipments. At first we were having trouble with drivers showing up since we’re in an area not really frequented by their drivers (Bellflower). I was told to schedule the pick up as early in the morning as possible so I did so before 9am. My LTL’s were still not getting picked up. It got to the point where the driver gave me his number to call him directly for pick ups.
The person who really helped me out and still does is Craig. He has me call him personally to schedule pick ups and always comes through for us. Much appreciated!

They delivered within the time frame they stated (2 hours). The delivery guy was telling me he had the most years with company, did exactly what was expected. He did say I had no recourse if the unit looked damaged, I could not write on the receipt all I could do was refuse the package even though the sending company says to write on receipt. They did a great job.
