Defiantly my favorite place to eat in fontana! Food is delicious and always fast, service is friendly and attentive. It hurts my heart to see people trying to bring them down with hateful comments. Keep doing what you’re doing Rosa Maria’s staff, thank you for such an amazing place to dine.

What a disappointment. I was told the chile rieno burrito was special. The burrito was all tortilla. Where was the chile rieno? It was sooo tiny, hidden inside this huge massive roll of tasteless tortilla. There were no beans or rice inside either. Puke!!! I also ordered a chicken burrito that was probably one part chicken, one part beans, one part rice and ½ part cheese and TEN parts salt. Puke! The home made tortilla was a huge disappointment. I think there is better flavor in an empty pizza box than their rotten tortillas. I wIll NOT return. There are many better Mexican options in the area. Service was friendly, but slow. One of the girls helping was wearing stretch shorts that was about 4 sizes too small. Far too revealing. Is the word camel toe appropriate for this site? It was not appropriate in a family restaurant.

Hands down the best bean and cheese burrito ever. I used to live close but now whenever I go home to visit, I stock up on their hot sauce. It is seriously SO good!

We love Rosie’s. Every time we’re in the area we stop and get burritos here. My fiancé’ buys like 5 at a time, brings them home and freezes them.(Meat, Rice and Cheese). The hot sauce is the icing on the cake, so to speak. I love the bean and cheese burrito here. I’m not sure why it’s so delicious but it really is. I’m going to check in to shipping burritos because we’re in Vegas and don’t get back to California too often.

This place is ok good thing the price is cheap I give them that and they are fast but still not«authentic» Mexican food could be compared to Miguel’s Jr. but cheaper in price. So if you’re white and like food to be just as spicy as your favorite ketchup, Come thru.

I went here after reading Unilocal reviews and I got mislead. This place is not authentic. Their«Garbage burrito» there is nothing out of the ordinary about it. Only has chicken lettuce tomato rice beans and onion. A regular size burrito is like a big taco. Honestly I did not like it. I prefer del taco. It’s alright if you consider it a fast food place like jack in the box n del taco. They made the food so fast! For $ 16 and some change I got 2 reg. Drinks and 2 garbage burritos. I feel it was over pieced for the quality of food I got. It made my stomach feel sick. Maybe cause they were closing already. Most likely won’t be going again.

I never been a fan of Rosa Maria’s from way back when on the north San Bernardino location. I always thought not too authentic due to most patrons were not Latino decent. Yet everyone raved how great the burritos were from here. Years later living in the Fontana area I drive by to this location and decided to give it a try. I am a fan of groupon so took advantage of their deal offer at Rosa Maria’s. Man was I wrong, my son and I got their burrito deal it was awesome. I tried their Chile relleno burrito with green pork, where have you been all my life? It had so much flavor and since I enjoy green pork it was so tender and juicy. I ordered a side of taquitos and a drink from the groupon deal. Taquitos were decent but I can’t stop talking about their burritos. After 20 plus years, I became a fan.

XL all meat burrito can’t tell what is the big deal about the XL. It is mostly tortilla the meat had good flavor but, over power by the double wrap tortilla. The tortilla should be warm it tasted just like when you take out from the package cold and hard. The beef taco was pretty good. Very little rice and beans in the Taquitos Plate really not much of a difference from Miguel’s JR down the road. The service is good and friendly. It would be a while before I return to try anything else.

Normally I would probably give this place 4 stars BUT, there was a nasty hair in my taco! I brought it up to the counter and told them. They took the taco in the back. The I waited 10 min for them to replace my taco which I was weary about even wanting to eat it considering no one was wearing a hair net or at least a hat. Also I ordered a chicken enchilada and I got cheese, but I didn’t even bring it up, I just wanted to eat and leave. Food tastes decent if they could just get it right and not have hairs on it! The hair was on top I the tomato clear as day, as if they intentionally did it. Maybe because I have kids with me and they are younger people who work here. Looked they they were irritated. Payed almost $ 50 for 4 tacos, 4 drinks and 2 enchilada combos with drinks. A little more than what was expected. I never got a «sorry» or let me comp your taco. No just waited 10 min and they rudely dropped it back on my table with a smerk. I say skip this place and go eat at tios tacos down the street or Miguel Jrs, it’s less expensive tastes better and they are both very polite. Also no hair in your food! Only reason for a second star is because the salsa was good and my GF used to love this place. I don’t plan on coming back as long as Miguel’s or tios tacos is open

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now and am constantly trying to convince my boyfriend that this place is better then Miguel’s Jr. I really feel that today you guys failed me!!! My boyfriend had ordered an enchilada plate, asked and paid for chicken and got cheese. He didn’t say anything and insisted it wasn’t that big of a deal. Proceeded to unwrap and eat his taco and BAM! right on top of the tomato when he opened it was a nasty ol’ hair! He decided to bring it up to the counter and ask for a replacement… For the 50 $ we spent here today we sure weren’t treated with the type of customer service that keeps people coming back! The replacement taco was dropped off at our table without a word, and that was that. Sorry Rosa Maria’s but today was a HUGE disappointment! (2 stars only because I’m a long time customer)

I ah e been here a hand full of time and have never been let down, the burritos are delicious. I always get the XL Chile Relleno Burrito, this burrito has meat cheese sour cream(added cost) and the chile! The flour tortilla taste home made. My wife and daughter like to get the meat/rice/cheese burrito

I ordered chicken tacos and I asked if I could make them soft tacos instead of hard tacos and the woman at the cashier said, «Sure I can do that.» Even though she wrote«soft» on the order slip I still ended up with hard tacos so I’m kinda sad now. I ordered to-go though, so by the time I got home and opened my tacos I just wasn’t in the mood to go back and get soft tacos. One star for good tacos though, even though they weren’t soft… :~(

Been coming here for years & I still get the same thing every time: the Chile Relleno burrito with pork. It is so juicy & perfectly spicy with just the right amount of cheese oozing from the chile relleno all wrapped up in a very soft, fresh, fluffy tortilla. Goes great with their house hot sauce. I always need at least two hot sauces for my burrito. Hot & spicy & leaves my lips burning after, but I love it

To cure my writer’s block on where to begin I’ll premise with a joke. Thank Columbus for the Nina, Pinta, and Rosa Maria?!?(Hey don’t judge) All in all I will say Rosa Maria’s is good, but in the end I just can’t give it a full 5 knock my calzados off rating for various reasons. The main complaints I do have is for one there is no carne asada burrito?!? That even makes this white boy scream que que from the rooftops. My other gripe is(as mentioned in other reviews) the burrito after a while tends to get a dry taste to it, but luckily on my last outing I notice that getting sour cream and guacamole added(at of course an extra fee) does help with that issue so I’m halfway satisfied with that regard. Overall, I do love their tacos and the burrito as well. To date, I’ve only dabbled with a chicken taco, but it wasn’t greasy like what I am handed elsewhere and ingredients are fresh and flavorful(partnered with their salsa it is borderline the ish).As for the burrito, hands down go with the pulled pork. I generally have mixed emotions about consuming pork in a burrito, but Rosa Maria is one of two places(the other being Gru Café in Universal Studios) that can just put together some damn good pork! It is perfectly tender each outing and well proportioned to the rest of the burrito as well! So as I have salivating horchata thoughts on the mind I do say in closing that this is one«Mom and Pop shop» worth a visit if pork gets you goin’ and I really hope someday that carne comes their way as that will make this camp ground much happier and would definitely put them in the 5 star club as I know they could easily nail a good carne asada burrito!

The food I got was much smaller than it was advertised. The burrito was tiny and just okay. Too much tortilla, not enough filling. A really long wait on a random Wednesday at like 2pm… 10+ minutes to order and another 10 to pick-up. Call ahead if you want to eat here. They also have weird hours, closing at like 8pm on Fridays… I do want to try their garbage burrito but have not felt the desire to give them more of my business yet.
