Ordered a large pizza and BONELESS wings and when I went to pick it up the girl opened the lid to the wings(mind you they’re covered in foil) and showed me the pizza and i took off. My boyfriend bit into the wings and they had the bone. Ugh called and talked to the«supervisor» Michelle who was extremely rude I told her what happened and said that it was my fault and I asked for the corporate number and she told me to google it! Rude all the way around! Guess it’s time to call corporate first thing in the morning!

We Love round table pizza and we used to order it all the time. Recently moving to Fontana we assumed the pizza would be the same but to our surprise it wasn’t. I was good but not the same. Also when you order delivery it’s is always an hour and a half wait… Maybe that has something to do with the taste. Will try dine in next time maybe will be better

«Establishment of Idiots» Ordered a pizza and a side large salad @ 8:48pm. Was told that my order would be ready in 25minutes, so I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. He arrived at the location around 9:20pm & was told, «the salad bar is closed. Do you still want your salad?». Ummmm, I didn’t know we were suppose to make our own salad! And I don’t understand why these people didn’t make the salad when we ordered it! Horrible service!!!

I order pizza here often and they gave me the wrong pizza. I ordered a pan crust pizza and they gave me original crust. When I came back into to change the pizza, the server M*******, said I would have to re order a new pizza. And her service was bad. I come here because it’s close to our home but not by choice.

I ordered a carry out order last night and picked it up at the time I had requested, I paid took the order home and once I got home I seen the garlic cheese bread was burnt! I had guest’s over waiting on something to eat. I called this location back and asked what they could do for me and since they have delivery I would expect for them to agree or offer someone to come delivery a new order of the garlic cheese sticks, they requested that they needed to see them which could of been done once someone had delivered new ones but they insisted that I had to go out of my way to go back to the location if I wanted to new ones which was very inconvenient! I finally said lets go back I was so upset with this order and service, I even took the pizza back cause it looked like plastic and looked like it has been sitting out for quite some time. When we get there we asked for Michelle(the manager) who we spoke on the phone with and told her we want new garlic cheese bread and new pizza’s because I would like to eat a warm delicious pizza WITH the garlic bread. So she went to get the HORRIBLE owner(TK) and he was just ridiculous, he laughed in our face and said the garlic bread wasn’t burnt, yet I have a picture of them. I also have a picture of a pile of swept up trash on the floor that was just sitting there while people were in line to order which wasn’t very appetizing. Anyways, so TK insisted that they were burnt and that it was just the butter and he couldn’t do nothing about the pizza just the garlic bread but we wanted it all. He argued with us and laughed in our faces for about 15 minutes! While other customers were there as well, how does that make that Round Table look??? HORRIBLE. So I was so fed up I wanted a refund for everything and all he gave me was for the garlic bread and half of one large pizza when I order 2 large pizzas. The total was 48 something and I got back 18 dollars! Every other time I have come here I have had no problems and the garlic bread has never been burnt or dry and the pizza never looked how it did last night so I don’t understand how he can tell me that, that’s how everything comes… because NO it doesn’t come like that. This was the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! The«owner» that was so unprofessional! Wont go here again!

ok so my experience with round table was extremely rude and unsatisfying. I went in for a delicious entrée of pizza and beverages and all I got was a rude manager yelling at me for paying with 10 $ 1 bills. I would not go back, its not happening. Would much rather dine at the burger place known as Nogales across the lot. At least there I get free refills.

Wow. I never had pizza this good before, and service was excellent. I was a little cautious ordering online for a pick up, but the process was very simple. I’m so glad I listen to my husband on ordering. When I went to pick up the pizza the girls in the front were so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Will definitely be going back!!!

Seriously love the pizza here, but the service sucks. We ordered a pizza here under my buddies name, but I picked it up for him and was given the 3rd degree because the name on my ID didn’t match the name that was given for the order. It’s just pizza, so it really wasn’t necessary. I don’t know of any people who go around stealing pizza orders. The price doesn’t bother me, but the service seriously sucks. Hire new front register people that know the value of customer service.

I tried it again. I’ll never, never go back, until I see a lot of excellent reviews. It’s horrible when a fantastic place, with great pizza, goes to the dogs. Things are totally different, hardly any garlic sauce, I’d say about half or less, of the toppings. And some were stale.

This place used to be really great until the pizza I got last night. I ordered a to go pizza and when I arrived to pick it up about 10 minutes later I changed it from carryout to eat in. The cashier said it would be a few more minutes as the pizza was still cooking. Around this time the owner came out to the heater storage unit they have for takeout orders and took a pizza out and took it to the back. Magically a minute later my pizza(which I was told would be out in a few minutes) appears at my table. I’ve had pizza here before and know that when it comes out hot and fresh it is so hot it burns your mouth. This pizza came out barely warm, with the pepperoni looking old and the pizza looking like something that had sit in a heater for too long.(coincidence?) But the worst thing was that when I told the employees this pizza wasn’t fresh they all said«We make all our pizza fresh.» They thought I was completely stupid and wouldn’t know a fresh pizza from an old pizza. At least they refunded my money. Unfortunately I don’t plan on visiting this round table anymore as it wasn’t necessarily that the pizza was old but that they stuck by their story that it was freshly made. I’d heard stories from an old employee(who’s sister dated my brother a few years back) of using older pizzas from orders that didn’t get picked up on other orders to save money. I had never experienced anything like that… until last night. Oh well.

I — L O V E — P I Z Z A Especially Round Table Pizza. Yes its kinda pricey but you definitely get for what you pay for. The pizza is always awesome and its of the chain, great toppings and sauce. The wings are so on point, I like my wings extra well done and messy with sauce and that’s how i get them, always on point. The cheese bread is so OMG so good and the marinara sauce is zesty really good. In the same shopping center there’s a pizza hut, but pizza hut cant even come close to round tables pizza and service. But yes their pizza is kinda pricey, but its worth it for pizza perfection. They do have a salad bar and its not that great, but who goes to a pizza place to eat salad right!!! You want awesome pizza go to– R O U N D T A B L E S P I Z Z A! ! ! ! !

I live right across the street from here and just take a 3 min walk to get here. I come here for the personal pan pizza, buffalo wings, and breadsticks. It is the bomb seriously. I enjoy comin here but its kinda pricey compared to pizza hut. So this a lil treat. And sometimes there is the typical teenage girl who works here but doesn’t actually want to b here and it pisses me off. At least smile and pretend like u want my business. Other than that great food so so service and I love the tables :)

Our favorite ‘chain’ pizza by far. I have such affection for Round Table that it is hard to write an unbiased opinion about this place with so many wonderfully happy memories that come to mind. Even hearing the phrase ‘Round Table’ puts a smile on my face and will most likely make my mouth water much as it is as I’m typing this now. It’s an unfortunate shame that the Round Table Pizza near my hometown closed up shop several years ago; now my wife and I have to drive about 20 minutes to this location which is the closest one to us now. Happily, this is a drive that neither of us minds making as we always leave with a smiles on our faces. What sets Round Table apart from its other chain competitors is quality. The ingredients: The crust, the toppings, the sauce, & the cheese are all top notch and it always shines through in every bite. The original thin crust is what you’re here for. Thin, crispy, yet not crackery like Domino’s thin crust. The crust doesn’t snap when folded but you get that nice crispy texture in every bite and even more so towards the edges. And speaking of the edges on the original thin crust, very often the cheese and or toppings spread out to the beautifully crisp edges. J The dough is prepared fresh in-house daily and it shows. Both the traditional Red Sauce and White Garlic Sauce are delectable. I’ve heard about the Polynesian and Pesto sauces but have never had the pleasure of trying them. The Red Sauce is very solid with plenty of spice, not sweet; there’s some actual bite in there. It’s never watery and there always seems to be the perfect amount on your pizza. Not too little that leaves you wondering where it’s at and never too much where it starts seeping out from under the cheese. The White Garlic Sauce is creamy and never watery. Not to thick that it weighs down your pizza and while there’s definitely some garlic flavor in there; there’s never too much that takes away from the pizzas that they use it on. The cheese is the real deal and the perfect blend of cheddar, mozzarella, & provolone. Always delicious, always perfect, and even looks delicious to the eyes when you receive your pizza and you see that golden brown char in spots. The toppings are top notch quality and you have some options here which you won’t find at most chains. I love that fact that Round Table is never stingy with their toppings no matter what it is and how you’ll often find them going to the edges of the crust. Vegetables are cut fresh in-house daily including some you don’t often see(Artichoke Hearts, Zucchini, & Roma Tomatoes). Pair that with premium meats that you won’t find elsewhere(ie: Linguica, Salami, Primo Pepperoni) and you’re already miles ahead of the competition. I also personally love the fact that you can get chopped garlic which you won’t find at most chains. Can’t come up with a delicious combination on your own? No problem! They’ve got you covered with their premium specialty pizzas that are sure to please traditionalists with offerings like the King Arthur’s Supreme: Pepperoni, Italian sausage, Italian dry salami, linguica, white mushrooms, green peppers, yellow onions, and black olives. For you carnivores there’s the Montague’s All Meat Marvel: Italian sausage, pepperoni, Italian dry salami, and linguica. And you leaf-eaters have the Guinevere’s Garden Delight: Roma tomatoes, white mushrooms, green peppers, yellow onions and black olives. Keep in mind these are only 3 offerings from their Specialty Pizzas menu. No review about Round Table would be complete with a mention of the delicious Garlic Parmesan Twists: Large over-sized, fluffy, chewy, & even crispy in some spots twisted breadsticks. Again, rolled in-house fresh daily and twisted with plenty of garlic and parmesan goodness. Dangerously good, be careful not to load up on these and not leave yourself any room for the awesome pizza. Service is standard. Nothing amazing to write home about but the staff at this location is generally friendly and helpful. I do like how if you order your food for carryout, they make sure to show you all of your items so you can make sure they’re prepared properly before you take them. The soda machine is open to the public so there’s no need to worry about bugging an employee for refills when dining in. There is a lone TV inside the ‘party/group’ area which is usually tuned to whatever sports game is on at the time. A little smaller than other locations that I’ve been to but with the recent remodel, it gives it a fresh look in an otherwise lackluster location. Prices are a little higher than most chains but every bite is worth it. Be sure to register online at and you’ll occasionally receive offers in your e-mail. Luckily I’ve noticed at most locations that they generally have running specials going on at all times. We love you so much Round Table, you are never allowed to go out of business as you truly are the ‘Last Honest Pizza.’

I agree to a certain extent with Round table being the best chain pizza along with Graziano’s pizza. Don’t know why but that’s one of my favs to. You can’t go wrong with round table. For the longest time our family was ordering round table, and their BBQ pizza is to die for. Being a huge barbecue fanatic, along with ketchup this is hands down their best pizza. Makes my mouth water thinking about it. Their pizza is always fresh with fresh ingredients, their meatball pizza is defiantly unique. It’s just so much round table has to offer, better then Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos, and all that jazz.

Round Table is the best chain pizza, hands down. It ain’t cheap, but it also ain’t Dominos or Pizza Hurl, AND. THAT. IS. A. GOOD. THING. Mmmmmm… the Italian Garlic Supreme, or the Ulti-Meat… aaaarrrrgh. My sodium levels shoot up just thinking about this stuff. The South Fontana store is clean and well run.
