The tacos are cheap and decent you can’t beat the price. The meat was ok but by far not the best but the price is extremely cheap for tacos. Nothing to wow about or complain about quick cheap and easy!

OMG-jolé! I’m not sure how long this place has been here, but I drive down foothill and sierra all the time and just found out about this place last week. We saw the $ 0.65 taco sign and decided to try it out. On my first visit, I got 4 carne asada tacos, which were pretty good. On my second visit, I got 6 carne asada tacos because I wasn’t full the first visit and at $ 0.65 you can’t loose! This time, I order avocados on my tacos, and let me tell you, it was so delicious! I’m not sure what all the negative comments are about, I got superb service on both of my visits. They are very friendly and even helpful in helping choose sides or toppings. I felt at home here, they were very nice(even though my toddlers were acting up a bit in the beginning.) I would definitely come here again, and I would definitely recommend carne asada tacos with avocados, just make sure you get a good amount, you might not be full with just a couple!

Cheap untrimmed meat. El Pollo Loco water flavored rice. Even the water was bad. Credit card fee for a $ 15 order? The cabeza taco is ok besides being tiny and overpriced.

This place was ok. Came here really hungry so that may have hindered my judgment. I got some carne asada tacos and some Al pastor tacos, the meat had a cheap texture to it but it had flavor. I took some red sauce and green sauce, the green sauce is like goop, it’s thick and almost jello like. The service was friendly and there was a good amount of customers. Overall, I would say it was ok, the price of the tacos are great(.55¢), buy I think I would rather go to viva villa down sierra.

This is the worse Mexican restaurant around. When I went I ordered everything and paid right away I was given a cup with a lid too big. I asked if she gave me the wrong lid and was told they ordered the wrong size. Having small children I need correct size lids. Then, when my order started to come in I was only given a small portion of my order. After waiting a long time the rest of my order was incorrect. I told the lady who was preparing my order and she refused to agree. Even with my receipt in hand she did not budge. At that point I thought the owner would listen but he decided to take the side of his employee. This problem would probably have been avoided if they had done my whole order at the same time. In the end I did not receive my full order and the food I did receive was disgusting. When we were leaving the owner tried to give my son a lollipop but I refused to receive it no longer wanting anything from this place at which the owner became upset and threw the lollipop to the floor. I will NEVER return to this place ever again!!!

Best Tacos de Al Pastor I’ve had! $ 0.55! Unbeleivable price! Delicious food tastes homemade and friendly service. I would it this everyday if my mother didn’t already cook this amazing. :-)

Ohh what da… This review is just based on the 59 cent tacos. Was heading over to Barstow when my tummies started to crave for some yummies. Drove by foothill blvd, saw a man with a sign that said 59 cent tacos and my conscious told me «Chris, you know the reason why its 59 cents». My stomach and my wallet persuaded me otherwise and I decided to drop in and get some taco’s to-go. Bought 2 asada and one pastor. All I remember is that the tacos were overdrenched with oil… Meat was soggy, extra sauce they gave me was gelatine like substance. Need I say more… I don’t want to be cruel but this place will be the 1st one star I rate… Hopefully the last one star I ever rate…

These are possibly my favorite tacos, especially being only 59 cents each. They are so delicious I find my self craving them all the time. I have moved to about 20 miles away and I will still drive here just for the tacos. The quality is very consistent. The meat is so well cooked and sliced I have never had a fatty taco. I ordered these for my entire office of 10 people for $ 45 and the food was to die for! You are missing out if you do give this place a shot.

I would completely avoid this place. I went with three other people and not one of us had a decent experience. The food is over priced and not good… At all. My friend ordered a carne asada burrito for $ 5.50 and it was the size of a small hotdog and dry. Couldn’t even chew it. I ordered asada tacos and fish tacos. The carne asada was chewy and both tacos were soggy! My other friend had chile reñeno and could not finish it. And if that wasn’t enough, there is a girl who works the cashier who is really rude! Surprising cause everyone else was so nice. But for a place that just opened. Very disappointing!!!

I was looking for a Mexican restaurant near the corner of Foothill and Sierra, so I texted Google. Google told me I could eat at Del Taco, Taco Bell, and Alberto’s. So since Google obviously sucked, I drove down the street and noticed this place. Tacos Azteca. A guy wearing Mexi-Indian garb spun a sign proclaiming«55 cent tacos!». There was also a «Grand Opening» sign. So in I went. Ordered a pastor taco, a chicharrone rojo taco, and a carnitas burrito. The lady helping me was adorable. She was wearing traditional dress costume, with the ruched white blouse, green skirt, and a red bandana. She had a big smile, and I wish I’d had chutzpah like Bill C. and brazenly snapped her picture. The tacos were spicy and excellent. I gave the burrito to my dad. He said it would take him three days to eat it.(He has a small stomach.) But as I sat visiting him, he kept taking more and more bites, until half was gone. Finally, he let me put the rest in the fridge, but not before eyeing it wistfully and taking another big bite. My dad is a picky eater. He really enjoyed his burrito. I returned and purchased six more tacos. I mean, they’re 55 cents each — street taco size, with a good amount of meat. I got pastor, carne asada, chicharrone rojo, cabeza(which the menu claims is beef cheek), carnitas, and chicken. All were really really good. I didn’t eat them all by myself! I shared with Mr. P and Piranha GMIT. They have a butcher on site. You can watch him carve and slice the meat by hand. The bathroom is very clean. I would definitely eat here again. 55 cent tacos, $ 3.95 burritos. Really good food, and really good and friendly service.
