Ernie is the best tattoo artist in the IE! Not only are his prices great but the artistic touch he adds to every piece is true talent.

My husband got a couple tattoos from Ernie many years ago before he worked here so when I decided to get my first tattoo with my sister we decided to give him a try. I am so glad I did, he fit us in the same night we decided to go and he did it late even though he already had plans that night. He did beautiful work and designed our tattoo before we got there and did the little tweaks we asked for without complaint or attitude. I felt comfortable even though I was nervous and he was very gentle, it barely hurt. He joked and talked with us the whole time and made it a great time. The whole team there is very welcoming and nice. And the shop itself although a bit hard to find has really neat and unique décor. Loved that they had tvs playing shows to entertain those waiting. I can’t wait to get my next tattoos done by Ernie, especially since he also love all things nerdy like LOTR, Harry Potter and Star Wars. Also add the shop to social media they are always having specials like Friday the 13^th deals etc

Called to make sure they were open and they said they were. Went twice and they were closed all day on a Monday when they said they would be open! I even tried to make an appointment and they said I didn’t have to and that we could walk in and they would be there.

Just got my first tattoo here yesterday by David. The man totally killed it! He was super accommodating and knew what he was doing even though we both agreed my piece was challenging enough as it is. The line work is awesome, shading impeccable, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better artist!

Came to this place to get my tattoo completely redone after getting a bad tattoo at Ink pagoda. Jason did my tattoo and it came out so beautiful. The place is really nice and he put on a movie for me to watch while I got tattooed which was awesome :) I’ll definitely be coming back for future tats! Thanks Jason!:)

Would absolutely recommend Ernie at upper level ink! Very smart and creative. All around clean and relaxing environment. The pain is defiantly worth it!

This tattoo shop is super cool. My gf went here a few weeks ago to get her first tattoo and her tattooist Ernie was super chill and he did such a good job that I decided to get my first tattoo with him as well. I got a high quality tattoo for a very good price and I’m so glad I did.

I’m currently getting my entire back tattooed by the great Jason Cramer. It’s half way done right now and let me tell you, it’s my favorite tattoo thus far. The crew there is super professional, funny as hell and very cool. They honestly made me feel like I was at home. They took really good care of me. I recommend this place to everyone!

Love this place. The custom art work is Unbelievable. The people here are not just Artists they become friends. I have never felt like a customer, I have always felt like I showed up at a buddy’s house. The whole shop is clean from top to bottom. I have done 8 hour sittings here and seen them do cleaning around the shop to keep it up during the day. The shop might only be a couple years old however I have been going to jay for 4 years. I have two sleeves by him and I still enjoy them as much today as when I got them. I get asked everyday about my Cali sleeve everyday. The prices are great. I have never walked away feeling like I over paid. Yet I have always felt like I walked away with more then I paid for. I asked jay for a painting also and he did so. The painting was great better then I asked for with a great price tag as well, for a one of a kind painting. This place is great take the time to check out this place. Remember art work lasts forever on your skin make it the best.
