This review is not about the cupcakes because I never got to try them. I placed an order for a dozen so that I could try them before placing a larger order for a baby shower. I was supposed to pick them up the next day at 2. I called twice before 2 to see if she could deliver them instead but no one ever answered. I called again around 430pm when I finally was able to pick them up and again no answer. My husband told me to forget it that she probably wasn’t home but I insisted on going because I didn’t want to leave her with an order of cupcakes that were never paid for(worried about her instead of the fact that I was likely not getting my cupcakes). Sure enough no one was home. She then called my husband and said she had gone to LA to deliver an order and was stuck in traffic and didn’t have my # but that she would be available later or could deliver the next day. I called her back to work something out and no answer or call back. It is now the next day and no call or no cupcakes. I’m really confused at why a business owner would do that because in the end it’s never about the cupcakes it’s about customer service.
