Don’t purchase ornaments here if you plan to exchange or return them. My mom spent over $ 70 on ornaments and one of them was broken. I tried to exchange it and was rudely told they don’t accept exchanges or returns on Ornaments. I said«even if it’s damaged?» She told me «well how do we know you didn’t break it at home?» She asked me if I wanted to purchase another one and I said no thank you. I called the Irvine store and they said they’d gladly exchange it for me or give me store credit. I will NEVER shop at this Hallmark again. Seriously the worst customer service policy and rudest employees I’ve seen in a while.

My favorite Hallmark Shop, parking available near the door and spacious, well-stocked store with friendly service. Not small and crowded like the ones in L.A.

I had a really terrible experience at this Hallmark. The customer service is not only lackluster but also I found them to be rude and complacent. I purchased a Christmas ornament and specifically asked if I could exchange later(mind you this is months before Christmas so surely I’m not using the ornament) and was assured that they could be returned within 30 days with a receipt. I simply wanted to see if my husband would like an ornament over another option at the same store. I attempted to then exchange the ornament a week later and was told that ornaments were not returnable or exchangeable. I mentioned that it was stated to me I could exchange within 30 days and was told«well no, that’s not our policy». I commented that their policy should then be in writing on the receipt or they should display a sign because naturally said policy is not displayed or written or even available to find. Anyhow, terrible customer service and I’ll surely find a different Hallmark to patronize.

Stopped in here for some Fathers Day cards, for my friends children. Their assortment was not too large… and the cards just lacked any creativity. I was surprised. Hallmark stores seem to be few and far between anymore, so I would think they would have a lot more to offer. The two women that were working were not the friendliest. They werent necessarily rude, they were just very short. There was not much in the way of wrapping options either… we ended up going to Target, which is probably where I will start next time right off the bat.

I came here today to get some Baby’s first Christmas ornaments and they did not disappoint!!! I have literally been to five different store to find the ornaments and they had the best selection here. They also have so many cute things for all sorts of different occasions, the cutest new baby stuff and even some things for our furry children. I love to just come and look at all the cute things and read the funny cards. =)

Hallmark opens later than all the stores at this Towne Centre. Why is that? It finally opened at 10AM and I had been here for an hour. Go figure. I needed a few cards. Lots of occasions — a death, a loss, a birthday, an anniversary, and just because to someone I love. The card section was minimal compared to massive amounts of knick-knacks and other things. The poor cards were all on the side in a small absent minded corner and most of the slots had run out of cards. Selection was poor so I did the best I could with what I had which was a shame because picking the right card makes all the difference and this Hallmark location doesn’t seem to understand that. Since I got so many cards, the lady behind the counter wanted to get me on their rewards program. No, thank you. Have you seen my keys lately and all the rewards tags I have on there? I don’t think it can take anymore. Plus, I’m always buying cards at different locations, not just Hallmark but since I was close to home I came here. Overall, not too pleased with this location or their selection.
