In-N-Out Burger

In and out is not big deal. I don’t understand why people thing this is the best burger At best it is average fries are ok but not the best

I am a Seattle-​nian, so every time I get a chance to eat at In-​N-​Out, I just have to go for it. Whenever I visit California or Utah, this is a must-​place to go. Great price for quality and delicious burger! I tend to get the Double-​Cheese burger every time with Monster Fries on the side. The patties are well cooked on top of fresh vegetables. If only they bring it out to anywhere in Seattle, it will be one of the most accomplished franchise business of all time knowing that Seattle’s people love spending money on foods regular! The wait time can be annoying, but at least, we know the put their time to make your burgers :)

Best In-​N-​Out experience ever. The line as usual was long but very fast. Connor working the line was super proficient and polite! Food was of course awesome and fresh. Admittedly was having a bad day, but a little kindness, a smile and at 31 years young being called miss instead of ma’am, game changer. Little things in life y’all. Thank you In-​N-​Out crew/​family for making my day better!!! You are now our office In-​N-​Out.

Had the FIRST (ever) mixup with my order last week. Considering how often my family visits In N Out, I’d say that is pretty impressive. Not a problem. I did call their customer service to receive a credit at least since I had been short on the menu item and did not realize it went to their corporate office. Jonathan was so professional and courteous. Listened to my mixup on the order and immediately resolved it with ZERO hassle… It was the first experience I’ve had with a fast-​food venue that left me ecstatic after the encounter, ecstatic to see the end result. Today, just a couple business days after the incident, I received their follow-​up response. Seriously, TOP-​NOTCH and such OUTSTANDING customer service that definitely extends beyond the restaurant premise. Thank you, Jonathan and to this In n Out staff!!! Keep up the great efforts and work. It really shines!

Honestly, how can you ever go wrong with a good ol’ In-​N-​Out meal?! If eating out all the time wouldn’t cause a dent in the wallet, I’d at least come here ³⁄₅ days of the week considering my office is less than a mile away from here!
My go-​to favorite is always the Double Double meal with medium rare patties, extra toasted buns, and both kinds of onions; on some occasions I might even through in some chopped chilis in there too! If I’m really starving, I’ll transform my order of fries to animal style so top off the burger and put me into a food coma. Today though, I just kept it simple and stuck with well done animal style fries, which when dipped with the special sauce they have is just an awesome adventure for your mouth. Finally, you can’t forget that Coke to help down all your food and especially get rid of that onion after taste once everything is gobbled up.
Pro-​tip: If you’re trying to come here for lunch, I HIGHLY recommend coming a bit earlier (i.e. — 11:30ish) since a bunch of people will start bombarding the place just a little after noon from the office buildings near by and the HS kids coming off campus for lunch.

It’s all about the grilled cheese and animal style fries! But my hubby is a true double double lover. Either way, this location rocks. The drive thru can get backed up but we have never waited more than 30 min. Well worth the wait!

My number 1 must-​go-​to spot whenever I am in Califonia! Other buger fast food chains just can’t beat it IMHO.

Both the dining area and drive through are open until 1am. Every single employee that I’ve dealt with here has been super friendly and nice.
The food is always done right, no matter what weird item I order. There’s plenty of parking and seating, inside and out.

Its In N Out so its going to be awesome and the same as all in n outs. The wait is LONG. The drive through lie is insanely long.
Hey corporate In-​N-​Out just open a second location around the corner Starbucks style to ease the wait. Im sure we would all come more often if it didn’t take so long. Over 40 min in the drive thru line, blocking in cars parked because no where to go.

I have gone there twice in the last three days. And both times they got my to go order wrong. The place is being run by teenagers and there is no quality control anymore.

Fresh and hot food. Never soggy fries. Worth waiting for. Meat patties are so small though

It’s 2:50 and I’ve arrived at in n out Foothill Ranch. The Drive-​Thru lane is short and i’m expecting to receive my food in ten minutes, as is the in n out goal of giving customers fast and friendly service.
It’s 2:54 and I’ve arrived at the speaker to make my order. I said hello but no one responded :) its cool. They’re here now and my big order took three minutes to get run through. Very friendly staff!

Delicious! It’s 3:04 and they’ve just handed me my food. Overall, they were friendly and fast they only went over the limit by 4 minutes. Understandable since I ordered two burgers with X toast on the bun!

My friends and I hang out here often and I would of given them four stars if they didn’t forget something I ordered last time. I recently found out about the off menu Flying Dutchman and I wanted to try it out so I ordered it at the drive thru here. We didn’t check the bag after we got our food and when we got home we realized that they forgot my Flying Dutchman, which sucked. I really wanted to try it. To this day I’ve still never had the Flying Dutchman. Hopefully next time they won’t forget or I might just go to the RSM In-​N-​Out because it’s closer to home.

They are happy to cut your food in half. I find this is very helpful for kids and those with braces, not like I,?a 34 year old woman has braces… ;)

Do we get dropped burgers? I normally LOVE In-​N-​Out. I would order a #1 for me and a doggie patty w/​no salt for my dog.
I get home and the doggie patty I ordered had cheese and onion scrapped off… sorta and was salty. I inspected the patty and noticed it was originally patties from a previous order or something. Onions can kill dogs. It’s a «doggie patty» on their secret menu, what were they thinking?
This is HIGHLY DISTURBING. Do they serve people food they messed up on or even dropped? If they couldn’t give me a simple patty with no salt, no onion, how can I expect them to give me a fresh burger???

I’ve been here many times and one thing that is very consistent is they move their drive thru so slow, as in super slow. Regardless whether it’s lunch hours, or 3pm, or the line in the drive thru is not that long, it’s super slow. I’ve tried placing my order inside too, and it’s the same thing the service is super slow. I mean why I should be concerned if it’s not only me who’s noticing the lack of speed amongst the crew, right. But that’s the thing, if the management know that the service they are providing is slow, why they are still letting this thing to go on and on and on without any resolution at all. Maybe grill people are not enough, crew are not the best, or does it normally takes 25 minutes to peel that potato and make that beef patties, slice the onions, and fix your burger. I don’t know.
But then again, the burgers and fries taste great though, worth the wait, I guess. However, the last time I went, I got a sliced of potato uncooked in my fries. I mean, come on, the commercial says, always fresh, peeled and sliced in front of you, but hey, I don’t deserve to have that sliced potato in my cooked fries. Yeah right, it’s fresh, fresh indeed. Where’s the food quality.
Even so, I would still like to come here and order my great tasting burgers, and my cheesy fries.

This is another awesome In-​N-​Out, serving up the standard, outstanding fare that In-​N-​Out is known for.
It is busy pretty much all the time, every day. So be prepared to wait, but know that the food will be hot and fresh when you do get it. (Note that if you are here and it’s not packed, it is your lucky day.) Even for such a busy place, the wait time is never usually too long.
The restaurant itself is kept reasonably clean and it’s in a nice area. Hard to go wrong by choosing this In-​N-​Out.
