Breakfast are small, but they do put a lot of meat in them. Maybe they can try adding hash-browns too. Woman at the front in the morning is very rude. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before she acknowledged I was there. $ 5 minimum for credit cards, which isn’t a big deal unless you only want to buy $ 4.50 worth of their stuff, in which case they have more things you«need to buy from them.»

Their food is delicious! Sometimes they burn the bagels a little when toasting them hence four stars. I highly recommend them though and make it a regular place of mine.

I’m a big fan of bagels to the point I might be described as obsessive. Not in a bad way but always looking for that unique flavor of the contrast with the cream cheese and the poppy seed(my personal favorite) on that first bite. So thought I’d try this place. Aargh! Not sure how they make them, but they tasted diabolical, really bad and«off» to the point I threw them away. Luckily there is a Starbucks next door(not my choice) to wash the taste away!!!

Came here at 10:00 on Saturday morning and there were only a couple different kinds of bagels left to choose from. Ordered the open faced lox bagel. Was good but nothing remarkable. Would’ve liked more cream cheese and capers. Bagel was a little burnt too. I wouldn’t mind returning someday but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Had a very tasty sausage, egg, cheese burrito wrap for breakfast — was so good I had to go back the next day. Quick, reliable service.

This place has really good fresh bagels. I came here the other day and ordered three bagels, 2 with cream cheese and the third with butter and they only charged me $ 6.90. This place is a no frills kind of place. But if you want something cheap, fast and good, come here. Plus, you are supporting your local business.

Expensive yet good! Tried a couple of sandwiches, very flavorful which you would expect for the amount paid. Definitely worth going again.

This place is super good and fast! I’ll always support a mom n pop versus a corporate chain and this place is not exception. Met up with some coworkers before work i’m in and out of here with an Ice coffee, egg cheese sausage on everything bagel sandwich before my buddy even got to place his order next door at star bucks. and It cost the same amount for my meal and his over priced 30 minute to make coffee. I’m like wtf did you order?! are they still growing the beans? Come on now, If you’re not some stuck up half-caf-double-mocha-matta-latta-ya-ya-upsidedown-soy-vegan-organic-grown-inthemoonlightofsaturnsbrighteststar-extrahott-overeasy-whipontheside-caramelinyourass-coffee drinker then come here and get some good food and coffee to go, or wait nextdoor for 30 minutes for the same freaking thing in a green and white cup.

This place is all over the map. I have eaten here a few times because I am at a client site in this shopping center– and this is convenient. I have had the spring egg rolls which are amazing. they come with three different dipping sauces. The salads are nothing to write home about and they are just average. The sandwiches are hit and miss. I most recently had the garlic chicken. It is decent especially for the price(3.50– 6 inches) but the chicken is so dry. The service by the ladies working there is sub par. There is one hispanic man who works there and he is actually pleasant and friendly, always has a smile. Would i ever drive out of my way to come here? heck no. am i am content with it being close and accessible, sure. I will be back for the spring rolls.

When you label a burrito as a wrap, it sounds healthier. Came here to grab a bagel, but the wrap sounded so appealing. Plus, same amount of calories, right? Anyway, the wrap or breakfast burrito was good. It is much smaller than what I had expected, but that means it might have be within caloric limits. Which is good right? I was an ok breakfast wrap. It had more filling than your average fast food breakfast burritos. The place is fairly small but looked as if it could use some cleaning. The bagels were almost gone, so make sure to get there early. We were there at round 8:30am and all the good bagels were gone! Oh well. The staff is friendly & seem to know a lot of their neighbors, which means, great customer service.

The only reason that they had only one starts is the service, this place needs to work on their service and honestly and of coz they need to keep the place CLEAN. 1. Me and My friends love their bagel but one of them told me she would never go there again. It’s a rip off! She told me they charge her $ 2 for adding the bacon(chopped bacon) on the bagel. 2 dollars for no even half a slice of bacon, seriously!!! 2. My other friend told me they gave her the smallest bagel among all others, she took the big one first then put it back and pick the smallest one. But she is willing to give them another chance. 3. We went to this place for bagel today and we both ordered their Viejo the one with avocado. The lady slice the avocado so thin just because they are closing and try to finish up the half avocado and avoid using a whole new one. Rip off! I’m okay with the very thin slice avocados. What bothered me the most is how they do their cleaning when my bagel was next to it. Two ladies were standing side by side and one of the lady is making our bagels, the other one is CLEANING the counter!!! I was shocked. She is swing the cleaning cloth try to blow the bagel crust out(I guess), and our bagel were next to it… Seriously girl. Cant you clean when the other lady finish up with our bagel or when there’s no customers!

Eh this bagel shop is ok, and not completely bad. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the two ladies upfront. They don’t seem very friendly. And since this café primarily serves breakfast bagels, burritos, and sandwiches… I expect smiles. The menu offers a lot to choose from. Chicken Cordon Bleu, Chicken Garlic, and so much more… I ordered the chicken garlic panini. I grabbed a late lunch at 2pm, which is 1.5 hrs near closing time. Bread & bagels didn’t look nor taste fresh. My chicken got conventional oven roasted, slapped with preserved garlic and melted cheese from Costco or Kraft… Too ordinary. I’ll come back here again, but at a different time. Probably the morning hours would they serve the freshest ingredients. Oh and there’s no Sriracha, but there’s Tapatio sauce! Still a big bummer for me.

Great little bagel shop next to Starbucks in a little strip mall at intersection of Glenn Ranch Rd and Portola Pkwy. Excellent bagels especially with veggie cream cheese. Great breakfast sandwiches and lunch too. A very reasonable alternative to pricey Starbucks and their coffee is top notch. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They have a larger store in RSM that’s just as nice.

We were staying at the nearby Marriott and found this to be a pretty good bagel place. Sunrise Bagels is to the left of Starbucks and seems to attract a great many bicyclists looking for a pit stop each morning. Folks are friendly, both inside and out and we found their coffee was also good, as were their sandwiches. I’m sure this isn’t a destination stop for coffee lovers. But if the Green Mermaid is backed up, as it was on a few mornings, just walk in and order a coffee with that bagel and smear of cream cheese. Enjoy!

It’s hard for me to give this place 4 stars… so I won’t. The staff has never been the happiest/friendliest, and I put a lot of value into a smile from an employee. After, bagels are breakfast foods, and when is the time of day you most need a smile from a stranger to get you in a good mood? As with most bagel places around here, I usually get nothing but an everything bagel with cream cheese. I like my bagels simple, you could say. They aren’t the best everything bagels in the area, but if you’re in Foothill, this is about you’re only option. A huge plus and a huge minus at the same time is that Starbucks is right next door. I’d much rather have my pretentious grande nonfat half calf caramel mach than whatever any bagel shop is going to be able to offer. The downside to Starbucks next door, though, is the overflow. Most of this place’s seating is outside, and even that is scarce.(Plus, south OC Starbucks-goers tend to be annoying to me… but that might just be me.) And if you’re not feeling coffee with your bagel… you could always go to the other next door: Dude Where’s My Curry?.

I get so excited over bagels. Bagels make me happy. So of course when I saw this place I already started drooling. I ordered a garlic bagel with egg, cheese and bacon but extra bacon. The egg was almost like a omlette and the cheese combination was nicely melted over lots and lots of bacon. My only complaint is my bagel was on the flat side. Usually I have to open my mouth really wide to bite into a bagel and cream cheese, but thats not the case here. My husband had the same as me, however it was on a crossiant instead of a bagel. He said it was good too. It must of been good since our buddy ordered 2 of them for himself. If wraps are your thing, then they are available too. They have a small coffee bar but with SBucks next door I declined on coffee. They do have a single refridgerator of basic drinks Nothing exciting, a few snapples, juices, water. Service was fast and friendly. 2 sandwiches anx a Snapple cost $ 13. Ketchup and mayo are offered for free.

We finally decided to make a trip here for lunch…(brunch? Our lunch is scheduled a tad too early) My husband ordered the breakfast wrap that I believe had eggs, cheese, potatoes and choice of meat. He ordered it with bacon. I had the Viejo which is an open faced bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and apparently lemon pepper which I didn’t know about. Price is ok… Each item was $ 4 or a little over $ 4. I can get a medium iced mocha and a bagel with cream cheese at Brueggers all for $ 5.39, but then again this one had additional toppings. Bagel was not hard so that was good. Toppings were yummy and flavorful… however the lemon pepper was way over kill for me. It took over a lot of bites. My husband had a tiny taste of it just swiped with his finger and thought it was too much. If I get that again I will order it without that. He said his was ok but quite dry. He could have used some salsa. Whether they supply it or not, I don’t know. We will have to find out. He also said it looked like two strips of bacon were placed inside rather than chopped up pieces. He saw that they have mocha frapps, smoothies, lattes etc. as well. I will have to go back and try it. I will come back and try some other things sometime, or modify what I had. Not too bad. Also the service is friendly which is always a nice plus.
