THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! Let’s begin by saying that I called and made an appointment, when arrived I waited 40 minutes to be seen. Everyone that came in after me was seen automatically, and it was evident that they were favored and personal clients. As a new client I felt I should have been treated better. I asked the nail techs multiple times when I was going to be seated and she said «they’re very busy and that I should come later» now if I wasn’t desperately in need of getting my nails done for a wedding I would have left immediately.
When one of the techs finally sensed my frustration she seated me and was rude from jump start. I asked her to cut my nail a little shorter and she had the NERVE to tell me she couldn’t because it will be hard for her to paint. (Mind you I had tips) Not only that but she was extremely aggressive with my hands and sucked her teeth every chance she got.
The outcome of the process wasn’t even worth it! My nails came out a hot freaking mess.
I beg everyone to NEVER come to this establishment ever! It’s a waste of your money and time.

Well unfortunately my second visit was nowhere near as good as the first time. Helen was so nice and attentive the first time. Chatty and took her time. This time around she was rushed and didn’t say a word to me, not even a hello. I realized that she squeezed me in between 2 other appts. I really wish she had told me she was too busy when I called and booked her. I would have come another day, no biggie.
I will time her one more time. I realize we can all be at 100% all the time. Fingers crossed for the next appt.

Literally the best. I get my nails done with Helen, the 2^nd station on the right w. The glasses. I don’t even have to tell her what I want she just shapes them the way I like them. I get gel all the time because it literally will last you until you take off the gel. These are my own nails with acrylic over them.

Okay so I usally go here to get my nails done or get a wax and they are pretty good ! Now the other day i went to do a gel manicure and it was very expensive for the way my nailscame out. In higher end salons i paid 25 dollars and my nails looked beautiful and lasted 3 weeks. I got my nails done and 1 hour later they chipped so i went back to fix it and the lady was being rude and giving me an attitude which i did not like especially being the fact she did a horrific job. A couple of days later my nails are already chipping and she painted over my cuticle which caused the polish to lift. I absolutely die not like the way my nails turned out it was 30 dollars gone to the trash. I would have rather paid 25 at a way better salon. Also i asked her if i can change the polish before putting my nail under the light and she disgracefully said no like if I wasn’t paying all this money for a manicure I wasn’t at all pleased with.

Michael did an amazing job with my nails… he’s very professional and never gives you a rushed job! Love my Matte gel tip set!

It’s been a while since I got my nails done here. I went in for a filling and even though I didn’t get my nails done here first they treated me like royalty. The guy with tattoos on his fave attend me. OMG he is the best nail technician I have had all my life (Mind u I’ve been getting my nails for over 8 years). I wasn’t so happy about my previous nails that I had but he fix them perfectly. The way he handle my hands with such careful & delicately was just beautiful. Definitely going back with him every time.

First time coming here and impressed! Had an acrylic full set put and regular polish (not gel) done by Sonny and he did a great job! Minimal wait time and a nice quiet environment. Not your typical seedy nail salon you would expect in the Bronx. Quiet and clean — super close to the 4 train at Kingsbridge Rd.

I went for a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Very thorough job on both. Pedicure was definitely the best I had for quite sometime. Would come back again. The staff was friendly but not overly chatty, just how I like it. I wish they would take credit/​debit cards but there is a bank and Duane Reade nearby that you can go to for the atm.

Great place! My pedicure was done by Vivian and my french gel by helen. The place itself is really filled with an upbeat staff. I came in at 7 & they close at 8, not once did I feel or even was rushed.
Definitely will be returning!
