I went there on Friday with my mother in law and daughter. The staff for the most part was pretty friendly though they were very busy. I order 2 cheeseburgers deluxe(medium) a slice of pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. After a few minutes I went ahead and placed a to go order for my husband which was a chicken cutlet everything on it and red onions.. . Here we go, the burgers came out first, why?! How? It was just a slice that probably should’ve been the first thing to come out then let’s talk about the burnt very well done burgers that had some old looking lettuce thrown on top but even worse were what I assume they called onions. . Which were a bunch of the smaller, inner parts of the onion. I don’t ask for much but I want a nice crisp piece of lettuce and 2 or 3 of the bigger onion rinds. I go to pay and it’s a whopping $ 54, wth?! I pay the bill grab some gelati and head out with my husbands sandwich. And what a disappointment when he tried his sandwich it was the thinnest pieces of chicken it was more like breading with a side of chicken. Then their were no red onions like I asked instead it was raw Spanish or yellow onions. It had no mayo like the description of the sand which said in the menu. The gelati was delish! But I am very disappointed in the whole order as a whole and it definitely was not worth all that many to me. Boooo!

Moved here in August, this has become my go-to pizza joint. They also have a decent selection for Gluten-Free needs. Staff is very friendly, including delivery drivers. They keep a file/log when you call in to pull up the address and always remember that we have allergy concerns.

My family and I have been ordering from Goodfellows in Fords for a few years now. We considered it a good place even with it being pricey compared to other similar establishments. The service and food were always exceptional. You get what you pay for. Well recently the service has been subpar compared to what we are used to experiencing. We placed two separate orders for delivery and the first time the we were told about 40 minutes and waited over an hour for the wrong order to be delivered and the driver tried to give me the wrong order. I called the Fords location and spoke with the«manager» who said that I would get a $ 20 credit to the next order then sent the correct order that arrived cold. the next experience was just a few day later where it was just a simple plain cheese pie and a bottle of ginger ale… the pizza arrived, but not the beverage… again…I called the Fords location was offered an apology. Recommendation: You should never be too busy to make sure that customer delivery orders are accurate, an apology means nothing if it keeps happening. Going forward, we are least likely to order from this establishment. Maybe it is time to take a break or just make it myself.

The food is great! Delivery guy, really nice but go pick up your food and it’s wrong and the older woman there is rude and pushes you out the door before you can even say anything. Maybe she should take a tip from the young girl that works the front, she’s nice and makes sure you are picking up what you ordered. I got a simple salad. Said that I didn’t want to waste the bread because I don’t eat bread. They had it written and when I opened the bag, it was there. I said, «I’m sorry, I didn’t want the bread». She rolled her eyes, as she was on the phone being rude to another customer and grabbed it with her hands. So I didn’t want to waste their food but I guess she doesn’t care or it might go into another order? Won’t be going back and definitely telling people at my job because we order from there all the time. Sad, food is good. one bad person and a really bad sanitary action just lost a good customer.

Tonight I decided to try a new pizza place and ended up at Goodfellows. I didn’t see a grandma’s pie on the menu so I asked about it. Turns out they had one so that’s exactly what I ordered. I just finished eating my first slice and it was a huge disappointment. I can honestly say it is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. DiGiorno would have been better. The sauce had zero taste; I’m sure a little salt would have helped that. And the crust tasted more like bread. It reminded me of a premade frozen crust — Not a fresh dough. It was just limp and soggy. They apparently put breadcrumbs on their pizza to «give it crunch». I’m not sure if that’s supposed to counteract the sogginess of their pie, but there was absolutely no crunch. I have no idea how the other food or other pizza is, but I absolutely do not recommend their grandma pie. I paid $ 18 for this pie and sadly, $ 14 of it will end up in the trash tonight instead of my belly. Will NOT be a repeat customer.

Got delivery from here and ate off of it for two days. Great selection. From pizzas to Italian dishes. Go for it!

Love their penne vodka. Salads are great too. Everything you order comes with bread which is always a plus. I can’t say a bad thing because everything I try here is so good.

Best freakin’ pizzeria in the tri-state area. Just give the«Brooklyn Sicilian» a try. .. You’ll be in heaven!
