You want a great place to grab a great tasting beer? This is the place. I’m wrong to limit the greatness to the beer, the wine is pretty tasty as well. Atmosphere is laid back and the music is just loud enough to hear and hum along to while still being able to hear the conversation of the people you came with. Conversation with others and beer is always better than beer and your own thoughts. I’d recommend getting a flight. They make suggestions if you’re not sure what to get and this way you get a taste of what’s on tap. Go ahead and let your tastebuds discover a new craft beer from around the country! You’re in Iowa. If you can’t get out a little, at least let your tastebuds travel. Also had a glass of the Cow Catcher wine, a very yummy red. Good local and national roots behind the winery that makes it, be sure to ask about it.

This is a great place to get a crafted beer. Don’t know what you like? No problem, they’ll let you taste test before you purchase at no charge. Yeah, no kidding! No food, but you can bring your own. No loud music or tv’s, this is a place to have a conversation or play games, they have an assortment to choose from. Nice relaxed atmosphere, definitely a place where everyone knows your name, if not when you arrive, definitely when you leave.
