Good equipment and everything is kept clean/​well maintained. Even during the busiest times I never had to wait to use something.
The only issue I ever had was making a payment. I was ill for an extended period and my membership lapsed. Due to my schedule I wasn’t able to get in during the day to make a payment. There is a drop box inside to pay… but no one late at night would open the damn door so I could get in. That being said I’m not going to fault a small business for not wanting to add another employee.
I’ve worked out in gyms across the country and this one tops any Powerhouse or 24 I’ve been at.

Best gym in Rutherford County! Full cardio room, full gym with very nice equipment, and tanning also. 5⁄5 for sure.
