Geneva Health Center and Urgent Care

Terrible bed side manner!!! His assistant fainted during my appointment & Dr whatever literally sat there while I ran to her to check her pulse. Her lips were blue & yes he still sat there!!! I’m blown away. Stay away from this place for ur own safety. He also had is ability to prescribe anything pulled by Oregon board of health. That speaks volumes. I now am going to a REAL dr to get correct diagnosis. I donated a kidney so cannot take nsaid pain relievers or anti inflammatories & this is what he recommended even after repeatedly telling him that was not a possibility for me. I stated I will ice to help with inflammation & his words were yeah heat to if u want.. I can’t believe this is allowed to even be in operation. It’s basically a place to pay to get a few days off work. No thank u!!! I will be reporting but that will do nothing but make me feel better. Good luck bit my advice. Drive right past them!!!

This is the worse Doctors office ever! On the wall it says they strive for their patients but the cold hard truth is… they do not care! Care is not their mission and it’s not even in their vocabulary!

No «Care» unless you have the right insurance. You’re better off skipping these guys and going straight to the ER if you’re visiting from out of state and need medical attention.

This office is non-​responsive and doesn’t care about their patients — Don’t go!
