Nice local spot. Dodging traffic on the way home. Well maintained course. Straight forward fairways with a few greens that made me think! All in all I’m glad I stopped.

My husband and I really enjoy playing here. The course is very well maintained, and the carts are brand new. It’s great for a fun relaxing day of golf. If you are someone who takes themselves really seriously, I’d recommend you go somewhere else. However, for people just looking to have fun it was a blast! Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

This is a very nice 9 hole golf course. The greens are tough, so even though it is 9 holes, you still feel like you are being challenged. The staff was very friendly, and overall I had a fun time. The fairways are close to each other, so if you don’t hit the ball straight, you may have some trouble with being on the hole next to you. Everyone seems to understand this about the course and was quite nice when we hit into their fairway. Definitely a nice way to spend a sunny morning.

Had a splendid day at Sunset Grove in Banks/or Forest Grove —it’s out in the country that’s for sure. The drive out is beautiful. The course is great. I got a cheap last minute deal on . It was in great shape for a sunny early day in Spring. The tee boxes were a little hairy. Some of the holes are close to each other, so you are either ducking at the shout of «Fore!», by others around you or you’re hearing nearby hoots and hollers. It’s a fun atmosphere. The greens were domed. This made it extra tough on putting — if putting wasn’t hard enough. Scenery is pretty, mostly farmland. Pretty easy course, except for the putting. I will come back this summer, good beverage selection and bathrooms are clean.

Cheap and flat. This is a great beginner’s course as most of the 9 holes are straight and without many hazards. A 3 iron, 7 iron, pitching wedge and putter would be the only clubs needed. The most challenging part of the course is the muffin top shaped greens. Insider Tips: There’s a money saving coupon in the 2010 entertainment coupon book. Craft beers available, I enjoyed a can of Fat Tire for $ 2.50.
