If I could give them one star I would. They are horrible. Streets are not plowed timely. Sidewalks are unsafe. Numerous watermain breaks. They just patch them cheaply. Customer service is horrible. Payments not posted timely and then they say you are late. Once I asked for the stamped posted envelope and they say the throw them away. Once they said I had a broken piece if siding and I asked them to show me what they were talking about. They didn’t come out and told me I must have fixed. Sure. I went up 30 feet and had the siding redone in a day. I think out assn chooses them because they are cheap. I guess you get what you pay for

Our condo association has been using this company since 1989. Our condo association has over $ 300,000 in unpaid condo fees, green algae on all the buildings, rotting wood on the outside, and a condo fee that keeps going up with no end in site. No bank will give an FHA or VA loan due to the unpaid condo fees. Clearly Conway Property Management Company is incompetent. Hopefully our condo association will switch management companies before it is to late.

This company lacks any IT (Information Technology). From the time I lived in Belmont, you can’t make any payments online and they haven’t gotten a company website till last year. I wouldn’t be surprised if I walked in this company and found typewriters and rotary phones. Out of my two houses, car insurance and mortgages they are the only company I have to physically mail and send a check!!!
