This places is very good. They are very helpful and good in explaining before we make choice what do we like to do. I was very happy with their service and I would recommend my friends and family to go here if they could take your insurence. I give them 5starts for their services.

Flexible — that’s how best to sum up this small unassuming place, and I needed flexible. I am every opticians nightmare: got an eye check elsewhere, got my new frames elsewhere, got no insurance, am cash frugal, and got too much information from reading the internet. Derrek put up with all of that, and even let me confirm my progressive prescription with their thorough house optometrist and check my old glasses on their lensometer. a week later I picked up the best progressive lenses and treatments in my own frames working wonderfully, and am confident I got it done 20−30% less than would be possible elsewhere, and with far more accurately than what is possible from online dispensers who could not have done it any cheaper. there are a dozen opticians walking distance along Austin street with pretty or opinionated salesgirls, large well stocked showrooms hosting multiple in-​house lab coat opticians, but once you realize how much you end up paying extra for all that useless overhead, come across Queens blvd and give EyeQ a try.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Derek Robert and Tina are the best. I’ve been going there for a number of years and recommend it to all my friends. They have the latest designer frames and really know how to take care of you. Every pair of glasses I bought there I have gotten compliments on. They have sales and specials going on seems like all the time. Its like visiting friends.

Awesome service. I am 27 and I got my first pair of glasses here when I was 7! Really good selection of glasses and though I made the switch to contacts in high school I am thinking about getting a new pair of backup glasses. If I do it will definitely be from them! The people here are so, so nice.
