Ordered chicken tacos and fajitas, chicken quesadillas and extra condiments — all really tasty. Food was inexpensive less than $ 20, I enjoyed and will order here again.

It is difficult to find a decent Tex-Mex restaurant in NYC. This place was pretty good. My Chicken Tostada Salad bowl was filled with delicious ingredients. They surprised me with guacamole and beans(that’s rare to have such garnish if you don’t pay extra :)… I was pleased. Bön appétit!

Dirty. Terrible tasting pico de gallo. How can anyone get tacos wrong??? This place sure did. Sad.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but after eating their chicken combo tonight, I am literally sick to my stomach. Since I was working from home today and didn’t want to step out to grab anything, I figured I’d order from this Mexican place I have been seeing down the street from me. I was starving so I sorted my Seamless options by closest distance, and this is one of the top 5. After I placed my order, an hour goes by. I called and asked about the status of the order. Like another reviewer on Seamless mentioned, the lady tells me, «he left.» I quickly asked, «how long ago?» She says, «I don’t know, maybe 5 – 8 mins.» I then thanked her and hung up the phone. Ten minutes later, still nothing. I could have walked there and back by now. Mind you, I am no longer hungry because an hour has gone by. I have totally forgotten about my meal by now until I heard a doorbell. Needless to say, I got yelled at over the phone, received my food half an hour past estimated delivery time(that is, over an hour from ordering), and got food poisoning as a result of all this. After this experience, I will be sure never to order here again. Leave the Mexican food to the Mexicans, please!

I have been coming here for about 3 months now. The food is always tasty. My favorite is the Taco Salad and chicken quesadillas. If you are in the area make a stop here and enjoy some delicious Tex-Mex goodies.

The absolute BEST chimichangas. Really good steak and chicken soft tacos. The hard taco is okay too. The only reason I’m not rating 5 stars is because of the timing. It takes them around 50 minutes to get your order to your house.

Nothing wrong with the food except it lacks anything great. With the exception of the chicken, I like the way they make it in that it is has a fried or pan fried crust and it’s flavorful with a lightly crisp. That was the only real thing I liked about Frescos. The Chicken and Steak burrito I ordered for six dollars and change was small and the filling was mainly accessories. It was bland and average. The shell on the burrito was not as soft nor smooth and not wrapped fully. My friend’s Quesadilla was looking plump, tastier, better prepared and seemed bigger than my burrito, can’t be right. My other friends Tostadas looked good but I once had the same at another Frisco and I liked the crisp light shell. However, her’s looked better and good. All sorts of coke, A&W Root Beer, Snapple, Jarritos in the fridge. With abundant shiny wood tables being clean but not entirely. Family ran, so that’s good. It’s more take out, deliver than those abundant seats being filled. It’s okay for a simple night’s dinner.

I use to love this place but I feel so CHEATed tonight. I ordered ½ pound of Chicken Fajita, 2 steak fajita, grill chicken combo and a few more things. The ½ of chicken fajita was mostly onions that I threw out with 4 slice of peppers and enough meat to only make maybe 4.5 fajita. The steak fajita was ultra small and filled with onions again. Chicken combo was mostly rice. I still can’t believed I paid $ 10.99 for the Chicken Fajita which was mostly onions. At least call and say you ran out of peppers. If you pay for the individual Chicken Fajita it is only $ 2.09 I could save $$$ and time making it myself. SMH This place was never the cleanest and I know they tend to put a lot of onions in there fajita BUT this time the amount of onions to meat ratio was ridiculous. SMH

Great little place to get tex mex food fast. Combo plates come with choice of protein, rice, black beans, onions, peppers, lettuce and tomato, two freshly made tortillas and a drink all around $ 7. I asked for cheese on mine. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would stick to the grilled chicken and skip the steak. Chicken fajitas with guac were tasty too. One will not fill you up though !

This place is awful — and rightfully deserving of my first one-star review. I work nearby and was looking for a decent Mexican lunch spot, but Frescos Tortillas did not satisfy at all. I ordered«nachos» which consisted of stale chips with, what seemed like, sloppy joe sauce on top… what? How hard is it to make half-legit nachos? The only saving grace is that this place is real cheap — but that should be a signal to all to stay away.

OMG I will never eat here again after a roach fell on my hand while I was waiting for my food. I told him forget my order and I got my money back. So gross.

Really vile. The enchiladas had no sauce on them, and nothing was prepared fresh. We watched it all go in and come out of the microwave, turning the cheese on top into an inedible block of rubber. Very sparse seasoning and ingredients on the inside, too. You’re better off buying frozen Mexican at the Key Foods next door.

The«shrimp enchiladas» had: white store-bought flour tortilla wrapped around individually breaded shrimp, several pieces of onions, and 2 pieces of green pepper. Topped with 2 slices of American cheddar melted by microwave. I’ve never been so disappointed by hole-in-the-wall Mexican food. The Taco Bell kits you get at the grocery store will taste better if you make it with your eyes closed. We were too scared to try the«chicken stew burritos.»

Did delivery and got excellent service. It’s really hot today but they still came pretty quickly. The food was also great.

Love me some Mexican. Nice treat. Not bad food for the price. Like a Chinese take out but better!

Just got food delivered from here. I’ve gotten food from here before and liked it well enough, but I dived in with my fork this time to find a thick, black hair. Appetite lost. Waste of $ 12.

This is a very divey take out Mexican joint but you can’t beat how fresh the tortillas are. Hence the name. They melt in your mouth. So many options. Order a few different ones and get rid if that hangover.

Came here on a lunch break during my stint @ jury duty in Queens County Court. Very good food, very cheap prices. Everything is made fresh as you order. I had a chicken burrito. Came w chicken, cheese, rice beans, lettuce, tomato, guacamole. My only complaint is they were a little shy with the guacamole, I almost didn’t find it in my burrito. I love guacamole, this is a big no no for me. Next time I’ll ask for extra.

This is my joint! Cheap tex-mex food with the option of chinese? Serve me up! My best friend and I have been going to this place for a long time now(at least 5 years), and I know it’s weird, but nothing really hits the spot when I am craving tacos and wings but Frescos. MY top 3 things to get here are: chicken soft shell tacos, fried chicken wings and steak quesadillas. I kid you not, these are the BEST things to order from here. I’ve never been disappointed. They make the fried chicken to order and though it takes a while, its delicious(suuuuuper hot and fresh) and worth it. The soft shell tacos — I know what you’re going to say this is a just a tex-mex order out fast food place — but I’ve had tacos at extremely expensive mexican restaurants and it’s just not as good. I won’t even lie, I’d rather have it from here. Frescos is near and dear to me and the owner is always very nice and gracious. Absolutely love it. This place is a keeper! ~chow! ;D

Really like their chinese dumplings. Homemade and quite a delicious surprise from this place. Great dipping sauce to go along with. We just ordered again and tried its fried and steamed for variety and so worth it. Also tried their bean curd soup which is made with fresh ingredients. And have sampled their soft tacos — chicken, shrimp and steak. All are fine. Steak is a little dry but otherwise all are good. Also tried their salads which are ok, and nachos which are tasty and their quesadillas which are not too greasy so all good so far.
