First of all the name of this Physical Therapy practice is New York Med and it is the only one presently located at 69 – 15 Austin Street Forest Hills NY.
My experience here has been ok. Sometimes the wait to see a therapist is longer than other times. First come first serve basis. Reminds me of a factory the way they take care of people because they have a lot of patients. You have to wait in two waiting rooms. Once your in it seems like the therapist a juggling multiple patients and they are too busy to help with exercises so I basically do exercises on my own. Some of the therapist are better than others. Most of them are very young except one. One of the therapist was extremely rude to me. Overall they are ok. Place Looks clean. They’ve been acommodating to me. Front desk staff is friendly but they seem very busy.

Stumbled upon this place after looking for a good chiropracter in the area. Found out that while it is not common for them to do so, they do accept patients that are not being treated for accidents/​phy therapy, and do just regular adjustments. I have CIGNA insurance.
You don’t need an appt here. There are busy days and not so busy days. It’s first come, first serve and oftentimes the waiting room looks overwhelming but everyone is there for different reasons. Typically I don’t wait longer than 20 minutes. I usually go in the afternoon.
There are a couple of doctors there but the one I saw was Dr. Thompson. He was excellent and after two visits my subluxated rib was fixed. He took his time with me and was very good at his job. I will go back as needed for regular adjustments.
I can’t speak for the phy. therapy equipment, but the place was not filthy. It had a worn down look to it, but the service was great, so it didn’t matter much to me.

I started therapy here after a car accident, I picked this office from the Internet, bad move, the place is filthy, the staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. Their belief is that everyone that comes here is only here for tue lawsuit, not true in my case I was injured and need therapy. The hot towels they put on your neck smell really bad, when I ask to see a doctor that supposedly works here, he is never available. Going to try my luck somewhere else
