The Sushi here is a joke and the service is horrendous(unless you are Jewish); we were obviously ignored because we were a male couple and not Jewish. The sushi tasted old and off, the whole time we were there we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Plus as another reviewer mentioned there is a club next door that plays really loud dance music and you can hear/feel the bass through the wall. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in just to see because we live nearby. We ordered 2 rolls for a snack, which were amazing. So we ordered more to go. The staff was very helpful. They explained who they were. And about their country. Uzbekistan English was a little difficult. But they were very polite etc. We just moved to this area and after trying a few other sushi places, this will be our go to place. Clean delicious generous portions. Not the cheapest but worth every penny.

Love the food here. Service is very nice. Cute and small location. Sometimes the neighboring hall has loud music. Food is always fresh and presented nicely. I’ve been here many times and plan on coming back

The food pretty tasty and very fresh. Their raw fish selection limited. Not very creative since some of their roles and dishes were taken off other Japanese restaurants in the area. I also didn’t realize it’s kosher until I actually sat down and looked at the menu. Not that there is anything wrong with kosher sushi, but again a rather limited menu. I ordered hot sake, but they don’t carry house hot sake, so I had to order a whole bottle. Service was quite fast. I ordered a few pieces of Sashimi and a hand roll. Sushi Chef said the hand rolls are $ 5.00. Owner charged me $ 7.00. A hand role for $ 7.00, unheard of. People this is not the city, its Queens. While eating my dinner, all you could here is BASS… BOOMBOOMBOOM… Uzbekistan music ringing in my ears the entire time. WHAT! Cause next door a Kosher Restaurant Hall… Parties all day every day. How does that make sense. Why put a restaurant next door to a club. How annoying. I would consider going back one more time, just to give it one more try. But I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know that likes sushi.

I will never come here again! We waited a long time for a noodle soup, but it tastes toooooooo light which like noodle in the water. And it has no UDON at all, not a really authentic Japanese restaurant.

I don’t know and very curious if their sushi rolls are good, the reviews are not convincing. This place is always empty and I only went here last night because this place is literally down stairs from me. This place is small but very clean looking pretty. Miso soup was very disappointing there’s nothing inside, broth only, now on I will make my own, not only I have miso in my fridge but my mom has a bucket of it, let me know if you want some?! Beef Negimaki was pretty good I liked it but it was really tiny, I think I’m going to try to make it myself. Go to HY mart or H Mart in Flushing they have thinly sliced beef. Now this was super disappointing, I wanted spring rolls not Eggrolls and these are not spring rolls. I so want to go to Grand Suchuan for spring roll with shrimp but I didn’t want to walk 4 short blocks, cause it was kinda little late… I definitely do recommend beef Negimaki! I really do want to like all the food I try but… I can’t lie Unilocalers

This place has absolutely delicious sushi and the staff is amazing. In particular, Siyovoosh and Danira were spectacular and are extremely professional and kind. Exactly the kind of service that will keep me coming back. Not to mention the food ! The Boston roll and the Chefs roll were outstanding. I also tried the chilean sea bass which was enough for two people to share. The décor of the place is lovely, modern and clean. But the décor of the food was even prettier! Look at this ! I am so happy they opened and bravo to Siyovush and Danira!

There were literally 4 tables that were being serviced yet it took them over an hour to bring our vegetable sushi rolls. We ordered 2 miso soups and they were warm/on the cold side. They took it back and brought it right back out of the microwave. The avocado salad was very fresh and tasty. The Kani salad was overfilled with mayo but we didn’t say anything about it. We ordered two veggie rolls and one regular sushi roll and each one was brought separately 10 minutes apart. My wife didn’t get her sushi roll and we told them what’s happening. They said it will be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later we still didn’t receive it. We asked them for the check and that also took a lot of time so we just got up to the cashier, paid, left a tip even though we got bad service and left. Service: very slow even for simple orders(we were there for about 1.5 hours total. The waiters are not attentive. 2 waiters, 4 small tables of diners. We waived to flag waiters down to take our order and edit our order. We ended up going to the pizza place next door since my wife didn’t get her main dish at mikihana.
