Mark the owner of Safekey 1^st Services is so awesome. I had a friend in from out of town and he lost the car keys to his parents car that he was borrowing! It was a emergency situation where he needed to drive back to his folks in Maryland to leave the car and to catch his flight back to LA! Mark came over and made him a new key, he really saved the day! It was so stressful until Mark showed up and really put us and our worries at ease. You can really tell that he loves his work and gets real joy from helping people.

Mark showed up at basically a moment’s notice to program my new replacement car remote AND make me a spare key copy.

Mark is a gem. I called them on behalf of my neighbor who needed a car key made for a 2011 Hyundai sonata. He agreed to drop the price so long as it would be done at his convenience. I explained to him that the guy is a very old gentleman who is in his late 60’s who hasn’t been employed for several years and is asking for a spare in case of emergency. Mark truly runs his business with honor, he was on time polite to my neighbor and made him a fresh new key on the spot. You will not find many people in this trade like him.
