I never actually saw the Dr. so this review is solely on the experience I had prior to my appointment. When i called to make an appointment (off of recommendation) the lady who answered the phone was polite and help me set my appointment. But over the weekend after speaking with family, we all agreed that I should get a second opinion before seeking out a plastic surgeon, so reluctantly I decided to cancel my appointment until i saw another Dr. When i called and tried to explain this the woman who answered the phone, she was extremely rude, unprofessional and pushy-​trying to make me keep the appointment, even though I had good reason to want to cancel. She kept trying to choose a different date for me to come in – as if I was inconveniencing her. She was making sarcastic remarks and I felt as if I was arguing with my older sister on the phone. I told her I just wanted to cancel then and not reschedule. If my experience before even setting foot inside the office went this way I do not even want to know what it would be like in the office. NO THANKS!
