Glad that someone started a thread for this. Absolutely unprofessional, the entire office smells like scam, instead a doctor’s office. The service was horrible, anyone without a degree can do what the«Doctor» did, i.e. taking a sample of your saliva. She never gave any feedback on the spot. What’s better? You get charged with enormous bill that even after my cover-all insurance, I have to pay $$$. Any conversation with the receptionist is a nightmare. Prepare to get an attorney to deal with this hell.

Dr. Margolin herself was very pleasant and nice, but it’s simply not worth the turmoil I went through to see her again. The front desk staff(receptionist and nurse) were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention unethical. They say they take insurance and then end up not taking it, but instead charging you a «co-pay» which they pocket on their own. Oh, and it must be paid in cash only and before you see the doctor. «That’s just how we work» is what they said. My wait time for a simple prescription refill was an hour and a half. They never sent me a receipt for my insurance and when I asked for them to they told me, «Our billing department will send it when and if they choose.» The receptionist Natalie(I think that was her name) will speak to you like you are an uneducated child, calling you names, telling you to go somewhere else, and hanging up on you. All three happened to not only myself, but my insurance company and HR department. They are operating illegally in so many ways it’s not even funny. The fact that they are still in business blows my mind. I’ve filed numerous complaints to fix this issue, but fear legal action may be the only step.
